The tour was great! Philip was a great guide who made the long trip very enjoyable. He was engaging and professional, and when I had an issue from heat exertion towards the end of the trip, he handled it quickly and patiently, and had my safety in mind at all times. He was interested in learning life stories, and also sharing interesting facts about the Navajo nation, and Arizona. In addition to the awesome guide, the sites were gorgeous and it was a well planned itinerary. I highly recommend anyone interested in taking this tour.

Itinerary
As the golden hues of fall embrace the Arizona landscape, Sedona transforms into a breathtaking blend of picturesque vistas and exhilarating experiences. Venture through our iconic crimson canyons. The Chapel of the Holy Cross welcomes several million Pilgrims and tourists every year. It is a place of great beauty and peace. Built to a twin pinnacled spur, about 250 feet high, jutting out a thousand foot rock wall, “solid as the rock of Peter” the building of the Chapel was completed in April, 1956.
Grand Canyon National Park and the city of Sedona are two of Arizona’s most impressive, most popular tourist destinations, and for good reason. The scale and majesty of the Grand Canyon is unfathomable, and Sedona’s red rock formations and desert landscape is as alluring as it gets. The South Rim views are the classic Grand Canyon views with which you're probably familiar. Wide, expansive, and panoramic - the Grand Canyon as seen from the South Rim is an almost surreal, unbelievable sight that will leave you changed forever. There are three sections to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon: Desert View Drive, Grand Canyon Village, and Hermit Road. Each of these sections offers a slightly different experience, and if you have the time, it is worth it to visit each spot.

Excellent and quick trip. Would highly recommend. Tour guide was very knowledgeable professional as a guide
We were lucky enough to be in an extremely small tour group with Philip. The weather unfortunately did not hold up but our guide was very personable and attentive and, happily, a very safe driver. The sights are quite spectacular and we would recommend this tour. To enhance the experience, it would be great if the tour could include context on the history and geology of the area.
We had an amazing time with Phillip as our guide! He made the whole Sedona and Grand Canyon experience feel effortless and fun. Super knowledgeable, easygoing, and clearly passionate about what he does. He took care of all the details so we could just relax and enjoy the views. Highly recommend!
Brandon was the an amazing tour guide. He was so knowledgeable and made it all so fun. He took us to some side quests along the way too. The chapel and the Grand Canyon were stunning and I was able to go to these places without stressing because of this tour. I will be booking again in the future.
Mitzi was knowledgeable and made the trip interesting. I knew it would be a glimpse of both Sedona and the Grand Canyou. It was what I expected.
Definitely worth it ! Leo was a great guide. Super informative. Really made it a super easy super smooth experience. The views on the drive were absolutely gorgeous. I learned so many new things and really enjoyed my trip. it’s a must! I can’t wait to come back again.
Had an amazing tour with Brandon! I ended up going solo and thoroughly enjoyed the whole trip. He had great information and insight on the whole trip. Would highly recommend!
Brandon Lewis was GREAT. He was so informative and we learned so much. We got to see some amazing views along the way. Thank you Brandon for a great day!!
Brandon Lewis was the BEST. He had so much knowledge to offer us and we got to see some beautiful territory along the way! It was a great day. We enjoyed every second of it. Thank you Brandon!
A long trip with minimal enjoyment. Rushed visit to The Church of the Holy Cross. No other Sedona stop. Had to hurriedly pick somewhere to eat in Flagstaff. Again rushed. Long drive to The Grand Canyon. A couple of gift stores. Viewed The Grand Canyon. Cold and wanted a hot drink but 45 mins wait to get into hotel restaurant and they weren’t keen on us just having hot drinks. We gave up on getting anything. Nowhere else to sit and eat or drink. This was a trip on my birthday. We could have done the whole thing by Uber. Waste of money. Very dissatisfied as or previous experiences with this company have been wonderful.
This was a last minute booking and I am so glad I did. Our guide Leonardo made a long day enjoyable with his stories, knowledge and passion for the Sedona area and the Grand Canyon. It made for a memorable day and we would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to take it. Thank you Leonardo.
The trip was a wonderful experience! Our driver/guide Leonardo was attentive and considerate of our needs. His enthusiasm and respect for the beauty of Sedona, the Kaibab Forest, and especially the Grand Canyon was a large part of my enjoyment of the trip.
My friend and I Gook a tour to see the Grand Canyon. The views were immaculate. Our tour was through barbil I think and our guide, Brandon Lewis was very knowledgeable (he knows his stuff) and very accommodating! He was a great guide and I would recommend him to anybody wanting to see the canyons!
Brandon Lewis was an outstanding tour guide for our tour. He shared so much fascinating history and knowledge throughout the experience, and the way he presented it kept everyone engaged from start to finish. Brandon was attentive, personable, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time, which really enhanced the experience. His passion for what he does truly shows, and he made the tour both educational and enjoyable. I highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience!
Wonderful! Our tour guide, Brandon Lewis, was amazing! The weather was foggy, rainy and dreary all day. Brandon’s knowledge and enthusiasm put sunshine in our day! We thoroughly enjoyed listening to him regale us with historical facts and stories about all the places we visited - Sedona, Grand Canyon, Williams, the Chapel of the Holy Cross, and more. Extremely knowledgeable about a multitude of topics, very professional yet personable. By the end of the tour, we all felt like we made a new friend.
Although our driver was very nice and the grand canyon was amazing, this was pretty much just a long uber drive. There was absolutely NO commentary or information and we wasted time being taken to a brunch place the driver wanted to go to. We didn't do a few of the things on the itinerary (although to be fair we did get lots of viewpoints of the canyon). Also BE AWARE you have to pay an extra $35 cash to get into the park. Really we could have just driven ourselves and it would have been the same but cheaper.
We had an amazing tour with Leonardo as our tour guide. He arrived on time to pick us up from our hotel. From there, he started to talk about the tour. It was a very smooth drive going to our destination. He is so much concerned about our personal needs and our safety. Every time before we reach the highlight of our tour , he will give us advance information about the place. He was such a nice tour guide to be trusted and commendable.
Feels like a scam. This tour was almost 2x the price of similar tours. Was told before booking that the price premium was due to this tour going regardless of whether or not it would fill up. Still I was informed less than 24 hours before departure that it was cancelled due to lack of bookings. Was offering to go alone for an additional 450 (!) USD despite the fact that I was told this tour was going no matter if it was fully booked or not. Absolutely disappointed and left feeling like a fool for booking this trip.
My spouse, 10-year-old son, and I were in Phoenix for a family wedding. We had limited time available for sightseeing, so I booked this tour to see the Grand Canyon so that we would have someone experienced to show us the best sights. Leo was very friendly and communicative even before our tour began, texting to plan our trip the following day. He came on time and we were on our way. Leo took us to several spots in Sedona, the Oak Creek Canyon Vista, and a bunch of spots in Grand Canyon National Park, and then got to see the Little Colorado Canyon and the Painted Desert from the car on the way back to Phoenix. All were phenomenal, and we appreciated Leo sharing his knowledge of the geology and geography of the area with us. I spent the entire trip chatting with Leo, and we felt almost like family by the end. I would absolutely recommend this tour, and Leo is a wonderful guide. You can't go wrong with him!
Brandon Lewis our guide was great, he drove us safe, gave us a lot of explanations, it was a wonderful experience, thank you
The trip was designed responsibly, the tour guide was excellent .we enjoyed the whole trip and have good times . We may come back purchase the similar trip in future. Thanks
Brandon was the best tour guide we have had!! He was knowledgeable, flexible, and courteous! We laughed and had fun while enjoying every part of the tour!! We would highly recommend Brandon and his tour group. Exceptional service and care! Throughly the best due to Brandon!!!
This tour was awesome! Brandon was our tour guide and he was excellent! He got us to every one of our destinations safely and efficiently. He was prepared with refreshments for us and took care of us very well! Brandon was very knowledgeable about Sedona and the Grand Canyon and made sure we saw all the great views! We had great conversations on the ride there and back! He was very engaging and accommodating to our preferences. We plan to come back next year and will definitely be requesting Brandon specifically to do another tour with Barbil!
Unfortunately it was a disappointment as they cancelled the tour the night before, leaving me without any option to schedule it with other tour operator as it was too late. Extending my stay in Arizona just to do this tour and then not being able to do it was a waste of my time, money and energy. Not to mentioned that in return I was offered ridiculously expensive private tour, which had a fixed price whether it was 6h or 12h long. A typical ripoff. What a shame that there is no genuine care for customers, more considerate of people’s need to have a lifetime experience. Greed for money is taking a toll.
I had a wonderful experience with Leonardo as my driver and guide for the Grand Canyon and Sedona tour. He arrived right on time, was extremely patient and attentive throughout the journey, and handled everything with great professionalism. I highly appreciate his thoughtful arrangements and expertise. I would also like to remind fellow travelers from Mainland China to check their emails regularly, as local mobile numbers may not receive SMS messages in time for trip confirmations or updates. Highly recommended!
Was booked for 6/3/2025. Instructions were that operator would call me one hour before my confirmed pick up at the hotel. after no call and no show by operator I called and spoke to operator. I was told the tour had been cancelled and that they didn't have a complete phone number for me. I told them they had my name and the hotel number where I was staying if they had really cared to inform me. He then told me I could purchase a private tour for $500.00 more. I refused. He then said he could put me on a semiprivate tour for$425.00 more the next day. I declined. I told him I wanted a refund of my original $285.00. paid to viator which he did. I then booked a tour through the hotel for 6/6 with another tour company who I was to meet at 7:00AM. I received a text that the tour had been canceled at 9:30 the night before. I assumed this cancellation notice was from the second tour operator, but discovered it came from the irreputable tour operator actually, when the second tour operator called saying they were at the pick-up point waiting for me. They could not wait for me to Uber to them and had to leave for the tour without me. I have no idea why the irreputable operator tried to reschedule another tour for me and then texted me it was again cancelled. they caused me the disappointment of cancelling twice and then missing my planned tour with the second tour guide company. I advise anyone not to get involved with this tour. They are a bait and switch operation and will destroy your plans and vacation.
Our trip to the Grand Canyon was absolutely unforgettable! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The transport was very comfortable and punctual, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The real highlight, however, was our guide, Leonardo – incredibly kind, polite, and impressively knowledgeable. He answered even the most complex questions with patience and clarity. His passion and professionalism truly enhanced the trip. And, of course, the views were breathtaking – photos just don’t do it justice. Highly recommended!
Leonardo (Leo) was our private guide. We booked on a Friday night and Saturday morning Leo picked up me and my husband at our hotel The WigWam. Leo was very knowledgeable and had such a pleasant personality. He was eager to make our tour a very memorable experience. Leo is very passionate about his job as a tour guide. It's very obvious that Leo has a deep love for nature and takes his job very serious. We throughly enjoyed our 14 hours spent with Leo. Our plans are to revisit Sedona and Grand Canyon for a longer period of time and use Leo as our personal guide. Highly recommend Leo as a personal private tour guide.
Great tour and George was excellent. He made our tour great. He was the perfect guide. 👌 The sights were breathtaking. I recommend this tour to everyone.
good balanced tour with coverage of most significant areas on the route to Grand Canyon - tour guide George was very pleasant, informative and knowledgeable- outstanding flexible use of our time without being rushed …
James was an excellent tour guide with plenty of knowledge and sense of hospitalities. Also, he is a very safe driver, and his van is comfortable. We enjoyed the tour and he voluntarily took lots of photo of us. In addition, small group allowed for pick up and drop where we were staying, and we didn’t spend any extra time. A great day overall! It’ll be a great memories in Arizona for us. I would highly recommend this tour!
Beautiful Work by and I am very proud to have you on my side as a friend of yours as a colleague of yours
You get some very great views of Red Rock, The Chapel, and The Grand Canyon. You also visit the cute downtown area of Sedona for a quick lunch. Expect a late day do you may need to pack some food for the drive home.
We had a great time with Leif our tour guide! He was very informative and we saw everything we wanted. It's a great tour to hit the highlights of Sedona and the Grand Canyon. You'll need more time (and a different tour) if you want to hike more than 30 minutes at each place but it's well worth it. Highly recommend!
Leif was a fabulous tour guide. He took us to fabulous places and really made sure we could enjoy every detail. We loved the tour because we were the only two people. It was so nice to receive such wonderful, individualized attention. We can't wait to do it again. Fran and Maggie
George was a great driver. He allowed us time to explore. If you are to book this tour please be sure to know it is all day tour (about 12+ hours). Especially if you are taking your time to explore and need rest stops. Sedona and Grand Canyon have amazing views. Be aware if you are afraid of heights be mindful
George's Grand Canyon tour was exceptional. His knowledge, photography spots, and engaging conversation made it unforgettable. Highly recommended!
No one pick me up… First time he tilled hotel will pick me up 7:30. But l wait until 8:00 he till hotel he have later ,told me he will pick me up 9:30. And I wait untill 10:00 ,I call him back he just told me my phone is not America phone number, he can’t contact me,the truth is I leave my American phone number in the message, and he replied me . And you can contact hotel why you can’t contact me…
It was such a great day! From pick up, the drive with informative information about the area in which we were driving , the beautiful scenic views, our lunch venue, the music on the drive, but mostly our driver. He was incredible!
Our guide Leif was excellent. The Grand Canyon and Sedona were superb. What wasn't so great was the size of the car. For five adult women, the car was too small. We suggest a minivan or a larger SUV.
Our driver contacted us the day prior to our tour to confirm the pick up time. He again called us in the morning to tell us his ETA. All good so far. David picked the two of us up at our hotel in a Mercedes S Class. We thought, this is going to be a good day. Then the shoe dropped. We were going to pick up two more passengers. Well, that became the most uncomfortable tour we have ever been on. My husband and I shared a seat and a half - I road the middle back seat, the space of an armrest, over the hump for the whole day. The driver was a friendly guy and a good driver, but if you are expecting a tour guide look for another trip. He drove us the 2 1/4 hours to Sedona and we had a half hour stop at the Chapel to the Holy Cross. After that we made an hour stop in Uptown Sedona. From Sedona, we drove another 2 1/2 hours, non-stop, not even a 5 minute stretch break, until we reached the Grand Canyon. When we asked what the plan was for the visit to the National Park, there was none. We ended up with a 90 minute visit to the Grand Canyon followed by 4 hour ride back to Sedona - at least on the ride back we made a stop for gas! In the end, we spent 8 hours 45 minutes in an uncomfortable car ride, 2 hours on tour and an hour to shop in Sedona. The timing of the trip in the description is deceiving. You will not get 3 hours at the Grand Canyon on this tour.
Fantastic day trip to Sedona and the a Grand Canyon. Our guide was perfect. We couldn’t have been happier
