Diamondback Gulch Extreme Jeep Tour: Rugged Sedona 4x4 Adventure

Great adventure and worth the money.

This tour was SO fun! Off-road enough to be enjoyable to people familiar but not so crazy that people would have a hard time who hadn't been off-roading! Unbelievably gorgeous views literally the entire time, saw some wildlife and our guide Avery was just an absolute rockstar. Super funny, good at reading the room and outlandishly knowledgeable... I swear he had a PhD in biology, geology and vulcanology. We could have listened to him talk all day... Definitely the highlight of our Sedona director retreat! Don't be a chicken... Do the rugged tour!!

My wife and I went on the Outlaw Trail with our tour guide Brad. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. We had a blast! Money well spent.

This was an AWESOME tour. Our tour guide, Avery, was the best. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. He gave us a WILD, but safe ride snd enriched us with his knowledge of the area. I totally recommend this tour with Safari.

What an experience, it was everything we hoped for and more. Our morning was filled with 3+ hours of great scenery, some animal sightenings, history of the gulch and surrounding area, and enough memories to last a lifetime. CJ, our guide, is so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He filled the time pointing out cacti/trees, sharing stories of long ago, and making us laugh. This is a experience you do not want to miss. We will definitely be booking tours with them again.

We had a great experience with Leslie!!! She was flexible and super informative and pleasant. We didn’t really know what we booked. The ride was very rugged and so cool!! We were so thrilled!!

This was an awesome trip. It was something that I would recommend to anyone. Leslie our driver/guide was awesome. She was very informative and made the trip. She even helped a young couple on the trail that could not get their jeep up the other side of the gulch. I would highly recommend this tour company.

Booked this tour last minute and it didn’t disappoint! We did the 4:00 timeslot which was awesome….the temperature gets cooler and you see the mountains with a gorgeous sunset. David was a great tour guide! He had a great personality while also giving us some fun history of the mountains. I think the price was reasonable for what we got. I’d definitely return again!

Great experience with our guide, Whelan! He is very knowledgeable about the terrain, history, local plants. Excellent driving skills! Never felt in danger and has experience with driving the terrain, trails and weather (rain, lightning, thunder-storm was close). Whelan was very engaging, knowledgeable & entertaining. Great tour & bottled water was nice to have on board!

A fun way to spend 3 hours in Sedona! Avery was amazing—he gave us tons of information about the area, plus gave us a fun ride through the gulch. Definitely an experience we wouldn’t want to have missed!

This tour was even more fun because of our tour guide Whelan! He had so much information about the area, history, animals, plants,etc that we were amazed because he's relatively young! The scenery of course was beautiful. We appreciate small business and were happy to support this particular company. Our next trip will be the Archaeology tour! We have made a wonderfull Tour with Vivian and we had a lot of fun. We are travelling only of 2 with our fantastic driver so it was a wonderfull experience Vivian talled us a lot about the country and the historie of the dessert. We were able to take some great photos for our photo albums back home

Do not sleep on this place. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. The office staff was very helpful. Our giide Chris F was second to none. He was so informative and knowledgeable about Sedona, the red rocks, vortexes, the history as well as the UFO scene. Do yoursef a favor and ask to go with Chris. You won't be sorry. This is also a local business and care more about you than the big companies in the Barbie jeeps 😆

Our family had an absolute blast with Arizona Safari Jeep Tours. My 11-year-old daughter had been looking forward to this excursion for weeks, and it definitely didn’t disappoint! The Ride & Atmosphere: It was a brisk morning, but the Jeep’s heaters were a lifesaver at the start of the tour. Since I tend to get cold easily, I bundled up, but it’s great to know they also provide blankets if you need them. For the best experience, we put the young ones in the back—it’s much bumpier there, which they loved! The Route: After a short drive out to the canyon, we headed into the rugged areas used by forestry service vehicles. The views were stunning, particularly of Bear Mountain and other iconic Sedona formations. It was an intentionally bumpy, off-road experience that was the perfect way to see this part of the landscape. Our Guide: Our driver/guide, CK, was fantastic. He struck the perfect balance of being highly knowledgeable about the local flora and geology while keeping us entertained with his witty humor. It made the whole experience so much more fun and engaging for both the adults and our daughter. Being a local tour company, they really seem to know the best spots. We learned so much and had a great time doing it. Highly recommend for any family visiting the area!

Our Rim Run Supreme Jeep tour was nothing short of spectacular. With JC as our driver and guide, we learned details of Sedona’s geography, history, and beauty. This is a bucket list item! We are return customers and loved creating family memories with our 7 and 10 year old children.

You won’t be disappointed. We were lucky to have a beautiful day. The red rock formations are gorgeous. Echo Canyon is a treat. Ancient Native American dwellings and stories.

Excellent tour, with apparently the only local Sedona Jeep adventure company. Doc (our guide) was great, energetic, safe, full of helpful info and enthusiasm. Just the perfect morning! He stopped to show us amazing pieces of nature (won't spoil it for you!), views, sights, and was a wealth of info, and an all-around great guy. Thank you!.

CK was a great and entertaining guide. The experience was first rate for me and my family.

Our driver was very knowledgeable about the terrain and wildlife. He showed us several locations and gave us history and stories of what we were seeing. Someone on our tour called him out because he had an awful lot of information, more than you would expect from an average tour guide. At the end of our tour, our driver admitted he had a degree in anthropology. So not only was he a great tour guide, but he was also a smartypants.
