2 Hour Scottsdale Segway Tours - Ultimate Old Town Exploration

The Segway tour was fantastic! The tour guides, Heidi and Bryston, were so helpful with assisting us on how to use the Segway. Heidi was knowledgeable about the town, good places to eat and history of Scottsdale. The price was more than reasonable. It was such a great time!! I highly recommend it!!

The tour was fun, and our guides were very nice. Lauren offered interesting facts along the way, and Peyton helped ensure safety. The segways were easy to control. Would definitely recommend! 😄😄

Larry was our guide and he was absolutely entertaining, knew the area, great guide, very protective ie cared for our safety, and informative. We had a BLAST!!

We had a great time, though my wife ended up getting ill during the excursion. Or guide (Lauren, I think) , was outstanding. She was very understanding when we needed to stop the your, and she arranged for us to get picked up and they dropped us right at our car. I was sorry not to be able to complete the tour, but what we did was great. Or guide was very informative and friendly. The headphones worked great so we heard everything she said clearly. I just wish we had done this sooner on our trip. We would have been equipped with things to do based on what our guide told us.

Quick easy process learning how to ride the Segways. Very fun and informative tour. Great for those just getting into town trying to map out where everything is!

I would recommend this as an initial activity when you begin your stay in Scottsdale. The tour gives you a great overview of what Old Town has to offer. Heidi was an excellent tour guide- so knowledgeable, and between her and Peyton, did an excellent job of looking out for our group's comfort and safety. Now when we go back on our own time, we have a good idea of restaurants, shops, and attractions that we would like to visit.

Excellent tour with Austin. Having had a number of Segway tours previously, a really nice touch that we haven’t had before was the radio with earpiece so we could hear the guide as we were moving instead of just waiting for a stop!

If you want to see the best of Scottsdale, then this is the tour for you! Our guides, Heidi & Paten, got through the preliminaries very efficiently and gave us basic training in how to ride the Segway. Then we went round five districts of Scottsdale, seeing so much more than we would have by car or by foot. There is nothing that Heidi didn’t know about this wonderful place and we were blown away by the information she was able to impart. She was informative and fun at the same time. Great experience we would definitely recommend to all our friends.

Really fun! In 5 min you feel like a Pro! The training was great. Our guides (Larry & Jackie) were attentive, helpful, funny & informative. We had a great tour all over both Old & New areas of Scottsdale. Lots of historical information and opportunity to note where to further explore on foot. Dont miss out on this experience - you CAN do it!

This was loads of fun. Very easy to learn and within 5 minutes you feel like a pro. I've been on them many times in many places. This was so enjoyable because Old Town Scottsdale is very easy to get around. We got to see all the sites that were worth seeing and make mental notes of what to go back and do on foot. The museums, restaurants, and shopping... our guides, Larry and Jackie were wonderful teachers and watched out for us. After the titorial, you felt very safe going through traffic, on sidewalks and across busy streets. It was so much easier than you could ever imagine. Well worth doing!

The female tour guide was tremendous. Cannot believe I cannot remember her name. We got a full view of all of the interesting sites in Scottsdale, as we first arrived in town. Restaurants rooftop bars dive bars were all the tips we got. We spent the next day going to all those places, extremely relaxing experience that was tremendous fun.

The instruction was very good prior to the ride and the guide was knowledgeable of the area and made the trip lots of fun. A little bit more instruction stepping on and off of the device might have been helpful.

Braxton was an amazing guide;Stopping for multiple opportunities to take pictures. He was knowledgeable, and had a cool relaxed personality. He also gave us a chance to ride around the park independently. Most importantly, trained my 85 year old dad, and kept safety measures in mind the whole trip.

We took this tour on the morning of our anniversary to get to know the town and learn some history as well as to learn some fun places to go. We ended up by chance with a private tour and Lauren was fantastic! We learned so much and had a great time! A fabulous way to see the city!

We are two sixty year old women, fairly active with a lot of e -biking experience and we were hesitant. But, it was awesome. Heidi did a fantastic job of making us comfortable on the Segways. And the tour of Scottsdale was fantastic. Don't hesitate, lots of fun.

It was so much fun and learning to ride was very easy, we learned to ride in 5 minutes. Our tour guide Brian was Awesome, he was very knowledgeable about everything Scottsdale from museums to street names. He showed us some great places to eat, bars and go shopping, make sure to wear comfortable shoes. We loved it! Thanks Brian, we'll be back.

Brian was fantastic! Equipment was superb! Very entertaining and overall just a GREAT time!!! Don’t overthink this, you CAN do it. Just book it!

Brian was a great guide and full of knowledge of the area as well as a good teacher for first timers who may be a bit nervous! We went at 9am before the heat, not a lot of traffic -small group of 4 was perfect! Colleen and Laurie had a great time on Bumble bee and Wall-E !!

Brian was our tour guide and he did an excellent job! It was only me and my husband so it felt like we had a private tour of Old Town Scottsdale! He was very knowledgeable, always made sure we were safe , gave great recommendations for our stay here in Arizona (we did end up trying 3 restaurants), and so much more. I would highly recommend booking this Segway tour if you are in town.

We absolutely loved this tour. The Segways are so much fun. Three of our group of 6 had never ridden a Segway and we learned very quickly, thanks to our tour guide, Brad. Brad was fantastic and full of knowledge about the various sites, history of Scottsdale and suggestions on restaurants and bars. This tour is 5 Star and we’ll do it again next year when we visit Scottsdale!

We were in Phoenix for several days for business. We chose to spend Sunday touring Taliesin West and Old Town Scottsdale. Knowing our time was limited, we thought a Segway tour would be an easy way to see the area. Weather was good…a bit warm…so this proved to be a good decision. Our tour guide Heidi was great. She made the two hours fun and interesting as she told us about the history of Scottsdale and points of interest as we cruised through the Old Town Area.

Lauren was wonderful! Such a great personality. She pointed out so many things that we otherwise may not have noticed and provided a very interesting history of the area. Very patient and skilled when showing us how to use the Segways and was careful to keep us safe on the roadways. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I ended up being the only people on the tour so we basically got a private session. It had been a few years since we’ve been on a Segway but Kristen got us up on them quickly and we had no issues traveling throughout Scottsdale. We took several breaks to view/discuss sites and get out of the sun. The tour provides a great overview of old Scottsdale, giving us many ideas for places to eat and to shop! Kristen was very knowledgeable of the city and its history. Highly recommend the tour.

Hannah was a great tour guide. Explained the in and outs efficiently. She was patient with each person getting enough practice. The sites were nice and she gave a few explanations. It was super fun!

This was a great tour led by an amazing guide (Josh) who took the time to make sure that my wife and I, who have never ridden a Segway before, felt comfortable and in control before we headed out. The tour went through all the main areas of old town, the arts district and the canal. We learned a lot about the history of Scottsdale, some of the iconic restaurants and museums, as well as the many statues and historic buildings that are in the area. Highlights were The Mission Church and the Hotel Valley Ho. We are not typically adventurous people, but had a wonderful, well paced time on the Segways. I would highly recommend giving it a go if you are interested - especially with this company.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Scottsdale Segway Tours and Larry truly made it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived he made safety a top priority while still keeping everything fun relaxed and easy to learn. The tour itself was packed with great information about the area but it never felt like a lecture. It was engaging entertaining and full of personality. Larry was an outstanding host in every way. He was knowledgeable funny patient and genuinely passionate about what he does. The route was perfect the Segways were easy to ride and the entire experience felt well organized and professional. This was one of the most fun and unique ways to explore Scottsdale. If you are on the fence do not be. Book the tour and hope you get Larry. Overall it was an amazing experience from start to finish and I would absolutely do it again.
