Massage Chain Atmosphere with High-End Spa Prices We visited the day spa during a long weekend getaway with friends and had really been looking forward to a relaxing, upscale spa experience. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations, especially considering the prices. I booked a 90-minute deep tissue massage, and the website encourages guests to arrive early to enjoy the spa amenities. Unfortunately, all outdoor amenities were closed due to weather. While I completely understand that the spa cannot control the weather, there was no advance communication about the closures or how they would impact the guest experience. With the outdoor areas unavailable, the indoor spa was overcrowded, with far too many guests and not nearly enough seating. Instead of relaxing before our treatments, we were left trying to find somewhere to sit or we could walk around. There was a steam room that barely fits 2-3 people but we can only do that so long. For a spa charging luxury prices, I would expect better planning and accommodations. The massage itself was equally disappointing. Despite booking a 90-minute deep tissue massage, the treatment was underwhelming. I’ve honestly had significantly better massages at chain massage establishments for a fraction of the price. Overall, the experience felt more like a crowded massage chain than a high-end destination spa, but with luxury resort pricing. We were willing to splurge for a special experience during our getaway, and unfortunately, it simply wasn’t worth the money. Very disappointing.

All around exceptional. We loved our stay. The location of The Wilde is great and the resort has so many beautiful amenities. The pool is great. Multiple hot tub areas. The spa is amazing. We also loved the fire pit areas for a late night snack, drink and star gaze. Highly recommend.
I had a beautiful and relaxing stay at the Wilde, I highly recommend a stay there. It is incredibly peaceful and the spa services are top notch. I had a wonderful massage and spent a lot of time in the spa hot tubs which are secluded and peaceful. The view from the resort is stunning. The spa and hotel overall has a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere with firepits throughout the property as well as hammocks to lounge in, and my room was gorgeous. The Wilde staff were very accommodating. Highly recommend!
Amazing resort with views! We had The Grove suite 505 and it was fantastic. A large bedroom, comfortable king bed, large bathroom and a living room with its own full bathroom. The balcony with red rock views was excellent. There were significant issues with housekeeping the 3 nights we were there but Robin, the manager, was fantastic. She understood our frustrations and provided the best service recovery. I would definitely return.
We hosted a destination wedding at the Wilde and it turned out beautiful. The staff was accommodating, we absolutely loved working with Alyssa Digby. We were all traveling from Oregon and couldn't be there until the Friday before the wedding. She was so helpful and made sure that we were put at ease with hosting an event on short notice and so far away from us. The food was amazing and the drinks were fantastic. We received so many compliments on the venue and how it turned out ultimately. We used their round tables and had a setup of about 45 chairs separately for the ceremony. We had plenty of room and the staff really made our vision come true. The bartender was so nice and such a great personality for our guests. The event staff seamlessly made the even run smooth. My daughter ended up renting a room right off the roof top and that was the perfect location for all our needs. They even decorated the room with rose petals and champagne. The Bride and groom loved everything and I honestly couldn't of hoped for a better outcome.
