Sentral Old Town

Very good location and upscale full service building with good amenities. 5th floor rooms have highceilings and good views. we’re very appreciative for Cedric who provided an exceptional service to us

I had a wonderful stay at Sentral Old Town in Scottsdale, and Stefani, the receptionist, was a big part of what made the experience so great. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. She went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of, and her warm personality made the entire experience even more enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about making your stay a positive one, but Stefani did exactly that. Her kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness truly made a difference, and I’m very grateful for all her help. She made my stay feel welcoming, satisfying, and memorable. Sentral Old Town is lucky to have someone like her on their team. Thank you, Stefani, for making my stay such a great experience! Wow the entire Sentral Team is amazing! They are all kind friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to provide the best customer service. They’ve been nice to my dog Jackson and he is the boss and he approves of Cedric, Stephanie, Michael, Megan John and Jasmine! Highly recommend Scottsdale Sentral!

I lived here as a resident for 1 year before moving to a different apartment. Pros: Great location Decent common areas Pleasant staff Community events Cons: Very noisy if your unit faces Scottsdale rd or the Mercedes dealership. People racing on the street at late hours and the Mercedes service department starts clanging around at 6am Small pool Gym is less than adequate and equipment is always broken Multiple airbnbs lower sense of community and created a noisy environment. Parking for guests is a hassle Raised my rent 15% for my renewal offer and barely allowed any negotiation ($50) Paid month to month for 2 months and they tack on a $1000/mo fee for that. Moved out on April 29 but listed my official move out date as May 1st so they charged me for all May community fees which felt scammy ($300+) Key fob machine was always down so I could never get a temp fob for my guests (parents visited for a whole week) No water filter included in unit or fridge Ultimately, I moved to an apartment 1 mile away that has the same great location and the rent is much more reasonable, pool is bigger, gym is fantastic, better sense of community. So choose wisely if you’re considering living here in long-term. I met multiple people who were moving out of Sentral the same time as me for similar reasons.
