The room is nice and clean, the staff are GREAT (everybody is great - from the front desk, housekeeping, engineer, and the manger). Location is tood, close to whole food and restaurants.

Good rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast selection. The kitchen in our room was large and well equipped with dining table/counter in the middle. There's a small outside pool. Close to freeway access, and a Starbucks nearby within walking distance. The main negative; AC fairly loud, seemed difficult to control and had a blast of cold air on our bed. Location is close to Mayo, freeways, Musical Instrument Museum and several restaurants. I would stay here again.

We expected more for the cost. Very disappointed. It's nice, but not that nice. UPDATE: Although the room is not as nice as we had hoped, the breakfast was well worth the extra expense. Things we didn't like are the noisy air conditioner (when it turns on it sounds like a jet taking off); the small fridge (could not fit all of our food in it-mostly veggies); our room was over the pool, and there was a very noisy group out there all night, and the staff did not make them quiet down; the same noisy group at breakfast; there is no hot tub; and, the pool was heated but still cold. You are within walking distance of many food places, and very near the freeway for easy access.
