The staff here is exceptionally professional, friendly, and always willing to help. I've had the pleasure of staying here twice—once with my wife and another time with our children—and both experiences were outstanding. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this is a great destination with plenty of activities and amenities for guests of all ages. The location is also excellent, with convenient access to shopping centers, restaurants, and other attractions, so everything you need is just a short drive away. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and waking up to the peaceful views each morning made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we've had wonderful experiences on both visits, and we look forward to returning for a third stay in the future. Highly recommended!

The pools and activities for the kids were great! Clean waters and a fun arcade! The scavenger hunt was fun and the grills around the pools made it really nice for enjoying the day around the resort. The restaurant was good and rooms were nice with balcony's and roomy spaces with good dark curtains for resting up!
Very dated property. Rooms okay but could do with a revamp. Rooms well stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils. No in room service or cleaning for the entire 4 day stay. Didn’t even ask if we needed clean towels. Had to put our own garbage outside. Swimming pools very nice but lots of broken pool chairs and sunbeds. I leant against a chair and it just snapped and i am not a big person). Interesting that they are trying to sell time share. I’m not in the market for time share but wouldn’t consider buying here. Wouldn’t stay here again. Seems to me that Holiday Inn properties are on the down now.
We absolutely love this property! We booked this for a stay for my daughter’s college graduation. Our villa was so beautifully appointed, spacious and comfortable! Everything you could possibly need is provided and it truly feels like a home away from home. We have four young adult daughters and when we travel we rarely come upon a property with rooms so perfect for us- plenty of bedrooms yet we all are able to stay together— so much more fun than renting several separate rooms like we often have to! The property is gorgeous with pools all over the place, waterfalls and beautiful grounds. We are just delighted with it. Finally, I must mention the spectacular and friendly welcome at check in. Manny was so kind and helpful, going out of his way to explain the details of the property and welcoming us so warmly. He made us even more happy to be here!!
We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Scottsdale Resort. The rooms were very spacious and we loved the layout, which worked perfectly for our family. The resort has four pools (including a 21+ pool), so there were plenty of options whether we wanted family fun or a quieter atmosphere. Our kids especially loved the arcade room and the activities offered throughout the week. One of their favorite memories was tie-dyeing shirts and getting to pick out their own designs afterward. The activities coordinator was incredibly sweet and accommodating, which made the experience even better for the kids. The staff overall were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Between the great amenities, family-friendly activities, and comfortable rooms, it was a fantastic place for a family vacation. We would definitely come back in a heartbeat!
