Hilton Sedona Resort At Bell Rock

An exceptional experience! The views are stunning and the rooms are clean and cozy. The hospitality here is incredible, especially from the valet attended Shana, who welcomed us right as we pulled up after a long drive, her amazing kindness, completely made my day. Even though we didn't valet, Shana stepped right into help us with our luggage answered all our questions and shared great local dining and activity recommendations. I usually don't write reviews, but I found it exceptionally heartwarming that someone could be so kind. We will definitely be back. Thank you for Exceptional service!!!

The rooms are outdated for the price they charge but other stuff made uo fir that. The location is top notch! Lots of things to do. Good Restaurants within walking distance. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the valet service provided by PMC, all thanks to Shanna! Even though she was dealing with a massive crowd and a high-volume rush, she remained incredibly calm, professional, and efficient. She had a beautiful smile on her face the entire time and answered all of my questions with genuine kindness. Shanna truly went above and beyond for us, turning what could have been a stressful, hectic wait into a fantastic experience. Exceptional customer service like hers is rare—thank you, Shanna

I cannot say enough good things about our 5 day stay at this hotel. The resort spa area was under renovation. They went above and beyond to compensate for this to the point of construction workers stepping out of the way when you needed to pass. The valet/Bell staff was amazing from arrival to departure. Especially Scott, he was proactive in making sure our arrival and departure went seamlessly. We travel with some special needs equipment and he embrace that and immediately caught on how important it was, and how the placement and unloading and loading was critical . I don’t know what they pay him, but he needs a raise! Reception staff were great. They were always friendly and always had a smile. Paddy in the restaurant learned our names right off and was very welcoming and even came over to tell us goodbye when we were the night before we were leaving. I can’t say enough good things for about the customer service at this hotel it was it was wonderful. It’s located in a very convenient area so that you can view and see all the things that Sedona has to offer within about a 20 minute drive of anything you wanna see not to mention that our room faced the sunrise are warning and we got to see the beautiful sunrise over the red mountains, which is one of the reasons I came to Sedona if you’re looking for the other resort that makes everybody an individual and is not a cookie cutter. this is definitely your place to get

Just a great resort hotel in a beautiful location! Staff super pleasant and accommodating, nice people with great service. Great spacious room with balcony and mountain view. Can walk to trails from the hotel, which is nice! Kind of weird that they charge for parking but it is offset by a daily food credit for purchases at the hotel. Fairly close to everything with spectacular hiking and one view better than the last. Also a nice pool. Had to do the grand canyon also. Would go here again!
