The only downside is the location is near a freeway interchange, but that didnt produce too much extra noise. Courteous staff helped with early check in. Also conveniently close to a Lego store! Room was clean and easy to get to. They have an onsite restaurant, but I didnt try it. Good food options in the menu, though.

Air conditioning don’t work and front desk are rude to help u transferred to another room when ur air-conditioner is not working at all. Our control was reading 80 degrees inside. We stayed in August 2026 and slept with our door opened to get a little bit of air circulation from the halls. Of course with the latch and a towel holding the door. This was around 11:00-5:00a.m that I was awake waiting for nothing to get solved. I was told Around 2:00a.m that they can reimburse me?? At that time??? 😡until today they haven’t reimbursed me😡🤯make sure that before u walk in a room ur air conditioner is working properly

I stayed at Hilton Phoenix Chandler for a weekend while attending a family event nearby, and it exceeded my expectations. Check-in was quick and smooth, which was a relief after a long drive. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having a quiet space to unwind at the end of the day. One evening, I spent some time in the lobby and noticed how welcoming and professional the staff were with every guest who came through. I left feeling well taken care of and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to the area.

Location is great. It's situated around good places to eat and the freeway. Room was clean but tub backed up a bit. And room was not restocked with water on our second day. 🫤 But they do send yiu texts to see how everything is going.
