The highlight of the entire trip was the service: both professional and genuinely personable with every staff member we encountered. We were never told 'No' but instead were offered alternative solutions to our ask. We did not have one bad bite of food at Proof (thanks Michael). The poolside team was attentive and friendly (s/o Race + Colton). The room was clean. Massage was fantastic (thanks Art). Coffees were excellent. We were celebrating a special occasion and they went above and beyond on making it feel special. It's the perfect resort to just relax.
Property comments: Lobby and bar are eh. Hotel is very isolated (we knew this going in) but ubers were tough to get. Pool set up and views are fantastic. Gym is solid.
Met friends here for dinner and it was excellent. The setting alone is worth the trip, with the desert and the boulders right there and the patio at sunset hard to beat. Food was outstanding and the service was exactly what you expect from a Four Seasons, attentive without ever being intrusive. Great spot for a relaxed night out with friends. We will be back.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Four Seasons Scottsdale. It was exactly the relaxing getaway we needed.
We were lucky enough to upgrade to a plunge pool room, which was amazing and especially perfect for the summer heat. The room was huge, with two full bathrooms and even an outdoor shower. We spent most of our days relaxing by our plunge pool and couldn’t have asked for a better way to unwind.
We had breakfast at Proof most mornings, and dinner there one night—the prime rib was a real highlight. The drinks at Onyx were fantastic, and the bartenders were great. Service throughout the entire property was outstanding. We’ll definitely be back!
What a beautiful place to get away and enjoy vacation! The service here is what truly stands out, there is always someone to greet you and assist you. We came with our 9 month old, and we felt so catered to! The rooms have breathtaking views, and the restaurants - Proof and Talavera had incredible food. The pool was very clean, inviting, and had wonderful poolside service. The resort is secluded and perfect! We will be back!
Our family celebrated our daughter’s wedding at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North this spring, and it was everything we hoped for. The setting is spectacular — the high Sonoran desert and the boulder formations give the property a sense of place you simply can’t manufacture.
Over three days, the resort hosted our family and guests beautifully. The grounds, the dining at Proof and Talavera, and the ballroom all came together for a weekend we’ll never forget.
A few people deserve special recognition. Brent Duncan, the Director of Catering, was instrumental in bringing the vision for the weekend together. Jerome Arribas, the General Manager, leads with genuine care and made us feel like valued guests throughout. And Susanna went above and beyond with attentive, gracious service exactly when it mattered.
Entrusting your child’s wedding to a property is an act of faith. We’re grateful to the entire Four Seasons team for helping us create memories that will last a lifetime, and we look forward to returning.
