Quiet nice, clean and comfortable, first time staying here and used location to visit Mt Lemmon and Sabino Canyon. Would come back, John (chef @ restaurant) prepared great food and bartender was busy, but very friendly and efficient. Even more impressive was how John recognized my son's military service and the conversation that occurred. Employees like this can often make the difference between a 4 or 5 star rating.

We mostly visited the USA for a time in the last year's. But it is really our first time that there is no cream cheese at the breakfast buffet. The stuff at the morning mostly talk with the cook instead of cleaning the tables. The stuff in the afternoon is great. A few days ago we stay in the Embassy in palm springs. That's really good and not comparable with this Hotel. And in my opinion the parking fee is to expensive.
Great hotel, great location, and very reasonably priced. From the front desk to the bartender in the bar area, the service was outstanding...kudos to everyone. They offer pretty good breakfast options, including a made-to-order omelette station. I wish their breakfast ended at 10:00 a.m. like other Embassy Suites... must be a regional thing. The room was clean, modern, and very well decorated. The AC was super cold, which was perfect for the Arizona heat. The room also has ceiling fans for extra cooling. The evening reception is a big plus. You get two free drinks, some snacks, and can watch sports at the bar. Great atmosphere and good drinks. I will probably book this hotel again for my next business trip--I had a good experience and the location is perfect.
The location of this hotel was amazing and so cute. However, they were so short staffed it took two hours past check in- in 108 degree weather with children - for them to get our room ready. Our keys reset and we had to go get new ones and the bed was really uncomfortable. The staff was sweet that was there but they were all new. A bit of a bummer given the money spent.
This is place is pretty fun to stay at. They offer you two free adult drinks from 5-6:30pm. It's also happy hour during that time. They put out cheese and snacks that are free as well. They offer free breakfast from 6-9am. A couple of the days I didn't get down there for breakfast til 9:30 and they still had breakfast going so I was grateful for that. Employees were all helpful (the ones I encountered anyway) especially the bartender. I never got her name, but she was very cool. Kitchen cooks food fast. They have a pool and Jacuzzi and towels are down at the pool. The other guests were friendly. Rooms had a lot of easy ways to access them. I enjoyed myself while I was here. I was there for a work trip for about a week for work trip. Really don't have any complaints. The only thing I do wish was a little different was that it was easier to access housekeeping if u don't need the cleaning service but want to get fresh towels or more coffee packs, etc... but it's not impossible, you just need to catch one of the housekeepers and ask them. Not hard enough to take a star off by any means. Definitely would recommend this place to others. One of the better places I've ever stayed! Beware they make you pay $15/day for parking. That's the one thing I don't like about this place. Should be included with the cost of them room not some separate daily charge u have to pay for from an app. Although, I didn't get flagged for parking (I gave the plate when I checked in) but I heard others did get flagged for parking almost daily
