I have been staying here for a few days now. Im from the UK but live in Dubai and have travelled here to compete in sport. Really enjoyed my stay, staff have been really friendly, everything is clean, good amount of services etc. Id like to highlight a particular member of staff. I think it is the manager as I see him each morning and throughout the day walking around, greeting people, wishing them a good day, speaking with his team, checking on services and even picking up dirty dishes left on tables. This is leadership and great to see. Not that he does it for praise, but I think things like this need to be highlighted.
We had an issue with our original room because the blanket wasn’t in good condition. I contacted the front desk, and Neo responded promptly and professionally. He immediately arranged for us to move to another room, making the process quick and hassle-free.
Neo also checked in with us after we were settled to make sure everything was going well, which showed he genuinely cared about our experience. His friendly attitude, excellent customer service, and willingness to resolve the issue turned what could have been a disappointing start into a very positive stay.

The hotel is in a fantastic location as far as accessibility. It's also very clean and well taken care of. The pool area is beautiful and offers plenty of shaded seating. I think maybe the only thing that we ran across was looking for coffee at 7:30 on a Saturday morning and we couldn't find any anywhere because there was no one at the cafe. We had some of the coffee in the room, but it's just not the same. But the room was very nice and it was clean. So we'll take that as a win!
Was visiting during the weekend and we were coming from a road trip that landed us in Chandler early in the morning. They were so generous in letting us check in early since there was a room available. Pool was nice considering how hot the weekend was. Only thing is it sits underneath palm trees parts of the pool area had whatever was falling from the trees. Great hospitality they were so accommodating. The room was nice and modern and house cleaning was daily.
The cookie was a great plus with our toddler.
Very nice property with everything you would expect and then some. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Walk-in shower. Nice big TV with several streaming options available. Didn’t use the pool, but that area looked very inviting.
