Our two bedroom resort was newly remodeled. We had multiple issues with almost everything!!! Nice new couches and cabinetry but 1)hot water heater was turned off the first day we had no hot water; 2)the microwave had disgusting oil and was breaking apart- the workmen finally came to exchange it for a new one;3)the disposal in the sink got jammed- a screw from the microwave slipped in and jammed it;4)wifi didn’t work and we had to wait 4 days until they replaced it for one that did work;5) most of the doors (front door, bathroom doors, bedroom door) were jammed- the remodelers did not make sure everything was level and opened smoothly; 6)the master bathtub wasn’t sealed so the ceiling downstairs was leaking. This resort has lovely amenities- pool both indoor and outdoor, and hot tub also inside and outdoors, a game room for the kids, pool table, workout room, steam sauna and dry sauna, piano, reading room and a small library, a creek nearby, and gas grills. So a fantastic place to resort at. If only they did some quality assurance and made sure the fixtures all worked. They could really use decent mattresses in both rooms- the master and the two twin beds were so mushy and slipped all the time off the center of the bed. The carpeting was a very dark brown probably put in from the mid-80’s. That really should have been replaced too with their remodel. It gave the place a very old look. All this being said, the location of arroyo roble was fantastic- center of town- tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The view outside the twin bedroom was gorgeous! If not for the fire nearby, we could have gone to more hiking spots, but we ended up leaving one day early because of the smoke from the fires. Overall, I had a good time but they definitely gave their maintenance team a lot to work on!

I have been going to Arroyo Roble for many years. It is very clean and well kept up. Lovely area next to oak creek. Great location in uptown. Pool, hot tub, steam room, pool table. Outdoor courts for tennis, pickleball.
The villa was right downtown Sedona but hidden! Loved that. Could walk to downtown and not have to worry about parking or traffic. The rooms were a little worn. The staff and the grounds were great. We had to put all our dirty towels in a basket outside the door and empty and remove all our garbage. We have stayed at many resorts and never had to do this, for the price we should not of had to, but did.
I just got here and I would describe this place like a fine wine. Although clearly built in a 90s decade, it has aged immaculately. It has been maintained extremely well. The place has great amenities available and has kind, effective staff at check in. Looking forward to my week here after using RCI points
Lovely time share property tucked into up town sedona along a beautiful stretch of oak creek. Property is dated but we'll kept and location is perfect. I do hate they have started charging a resort fee on top of exchange fees. A money grab occurring more often at properties. Not good
