Wonderful summer staycation! The hotel lobby and bar are under renovation, so there was a little noise and the bar is closed. That said, the staff and amenities more than made up for it. The property is a beautiful historic landmark. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable, filled with vinatge charm. The pool and cabanas harken back to old Hollywood. We played some tennis on the clay courts and had an amazing 5 star dining experience in the restaurant. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, so it was a great getaway!

Since I am a local have not stayed overnight there. In a quiet neighborhood, the grounds are well kept. There is a parking area for guests staying at the hotel across from the Inn. Lobby is wonderful and a quiet area as well. The library is stately with a wonderful selection of books and winged chairs to settle in to read or enjoy tea. The restaurants offer outdoor patio seating in to with the service. This Inn has an historical history which you can look up online
The Arizona Inn is truly a Jewel in the Center of Tucson! We had lunch on the patio and it was paradise! Quiet with beautiful landscaping and fabulous gardens surrounding us. The service was great, the food and drinks were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. And the Inn, itself, is magnificent with unbeatable old-world charm and beauty! Simply the best!
The Arizona Inn, located in a quiet Tuscon neighborhood, perfectly captures the charm and grace of the old Southwest, which attracted so many fine artists and intellectuals. The architecture, landscaping, and secure grounds are lovely. The rooms are very private, many with their own private patio. The library is well-stocked with history and literature, and tea is served there every day, with scones and other treats. The staff is accomplished, responsive, and kind. The restaurants serve delicious meals and fine wine. And there is more to the City of Tucson than you might imagine, including a wonderful art museum, shops, and bookstores. For us, Tucson and the Arizona Inn are a comforting refuge from the winters of the Pacific Northwest. If only we had discovered it sooner.
The Arizona Inn has a beautiful setting and plenty of history, but my recent dining experience in the restaurant left a lot to be desired. The menu didn’t offer good price value for what was served. The food was only average and often overly salty, and I ended up leaving several dishes unfinished.Service felt rushed, almost as if the staff wanted to move guests along quickly. When I politely raised a concern about my meal, I felt brushed off instead of heard, which made the experience even more disappointing. It’s clear the property has been going through changes under new ownership, the dining room still has a long way to go. With the Inn’s rich history, it deserves a dining experience that matches its legacy—but right now, it simply isn’t there.
