Felt super pampered and always taken care of , anytime and any questions I had even before arriving to Jordan the agency was fast to answer at any time. They came to pick me up from the airport and then explained me again what is included and gave me tips on what to do and where to go . Always accommodating with the time table for any activities. Usually I do not book with agencies but I really wish all of them were like this . Definitely recommended to anyone who will come to Jordan , hope you will have a nice stay like I had .
I have never felt so carefree and taken care of in any of my trips abroad so far. Everything was outstanding - from the airport to the hotel in Aqaba, to the trip to Wadi Rum, the jeep ride, the bedouin camp, the trip to Petra and the way back to Aqaba, and then again to the aiport. Hani and his team took care of everything absolutely perfect. I am a tour guide, I know how hard is sometimes to get everything done properly, but believe me - these guys know what they are doing. Our driver Alaa was perfect, the car was new and comfortable, the hotel in Aqaba was ideal, the camp in Wadi Rum was splendid. But most of all - everyone make sure to make you feel comfortable and in good hands. Jordan was a perfect trip, most of all because of Bridge Travel and their professionalism. I reccomend them to my friends, my family and to all of the people who are reading my review here. You can be sure that everything will be more than great when you put your trip in the hands of Hani, Jafaar and their colleagues.
Everything we did in Jordan exceeded our expectations. One of the reasons it went so well was because of our driver Muhammad Ghaith.
Most Amazing trip. Hani and Jacob have exceeded expectations! Will definitely recommend!!! Thank you very much!!!!!
We had a great time !!! Driver was on time, great location. I will give 5 stars but the only down side was the tour guy Mohamed; he was probably new and seemed unsure regarding the information since he always started the sentence with: “ I think I’m not sure “ but over all we loved it and had a blast!! Kamel was an excellent driver, knowledgeable about the area and was prompt and courteous for the duration of our tour.
I highly recommend the Bridge Tours Agency. My son and I (age 24 and 56) arrived for a 3-day 2-night trip to Jordan in July 2022. I got a recommendation for Mr. Honey. For giving very good service. That he stands by what he promises. The price he asked for was also fair. All the staff on his behalf were very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and familiar with the history and geography of Jordan. The recommendations regarding hotels and guide in Petra were also excellent. The trip was varied and included attractions and interest for both my son and me. I highly recommend the Bridge Tours Agency.
Our driver Kamal was also a great guide. He had a lot of information and spoke great English. He was very accommodating, especially when we wanted to take a lot of pictures. He was very helpful with the border crossing and getting our tickets at the various attractions. We felt like we got to see the "real" Jordan. I would highly recommend Kamal and this company.
We had a great experience with Bridge Travel and our private Driver/Guide Jacoub. He picked us up from the Israel Jordan Border, traveled to the Dead Sea for 1 night at the Crown Plaza Dead Sea, great experience, can't sink in that water. He was flexible and picked us up and hour later so we could enjoy our short stay a little longer. Jacoub had water for us each day, date cookies as well to snack on. We also stayed at Wadi Rum in the desert, looks like Mars....very fun experience! And then we traveled to Petra for a tour that had us walking over 7 miles....and all the way to the top of the 950 steps. After we finished the tour, Bridge Travel booked us to stay in Petra overnight rather than traveling back to Aman, because of a Sand Storm that closed the Desert Highway. Exceptional hotel for a last minute change. In the early morning the wind had died down and we left for the airport for the next leg of our journey. Highly recommend Bridge Travel and Jacoub our driver, they did a great job!!
Our trip was amazing thanks to these guys! We were only my and my sister and we felt safe all the time, our guide Hani and our driver Ali were so nice to us! We had such an amazing time, seeing the most amazing places in Jordan! Next time we will come to Amman as well, but this tour was perfect! Thank you for you professionalism and kindness 🙏🏼❤️
This was part of my "bucket list" trip to Egypt and Jordan. I've always wanted to see Petra. Our driver/guide, Jacub, was great! He was courteous, congenial, knowledgeable, kind, and intelligent. Knew everyone and everything--a great person to travel with. We had a local guide, Kahil, in Petra who was FABULOUS! The guy who drove the truck around the Wadi, Sadam, was a young guy who was bright, funny, and very helpful. I cannot recommend these guys higher than five stars, but I would give them 7 or 8 if I could. A perfect trip, where everything was on-time, nothing went wrong, and we had a totally amazing experience.
My time in Jordan was spent with another travel friend whom I shared with Jakub during the four days. We had a wonderful time with our guide who introduced us to Turkish coffee every morning, a wonderful Jordanian dessert with cheese and lime mint tea. Travel with Jakob is like being with a wonderful friend who is always there for you and adapts to your needs and wishes whenever possible. From Amman to Mount Nebo to Mont Nebo to Wadi Rum and Aqaba, the Dead Sea and of course Petra he was upbeat always happy and always making us laugh. I will never forget the wonderful sights of Jordan but even more wonderful the experience provided to us by Yakub!
Thanks to the agency "Bridge Travel" from Aqaba and the amazing tourguides they have, I got to see both Wadi Rum and Aqaba in their full beauty. This was really a marvelous and magnificent excursion. Wadi Rum is the only place in the world where I felt like I'm out of the planet earth. Everything from the red sand and dunes to the sponge-like giant rocks felt like outer space (just to remind, this is the place where the film Martian from 2015 was shot, as well as the movies like Star Wars, Red Planet etc). Inevitably go to Wadi Rum and experience the camel ride and the jeep safari through the desert. Also, watching sunset and the sunrise over the desert is incomparable to any other sunset or sunrise. Petra is an inexhaustible well of history, it's Treasury being one of the most famous places in whole of the Middle East. It seems really incredible how people engraved everything in the stones and decided to make a dwelling place so deep in the canyon all these centuries ago.
Wound up spending 5 nights and 6 days in Jordan because they shut the Israel border down, and we loved our time there! The highlight was our driver Kamal who was kind, funny, and knowledgeable...we asked him a million questions about Jordanian history and culture, and he was a delight to have with us. He also helped us learn some Arabic!
Just finished my Jordan highlight tour with Bridge Travel with a lot of fun. Excellent service; everything was on schedule; good food and great hotels with excellent transportation arrangement. Also arranged convenient PCR testing for COVID19 for very reasonable price at the hotel before departure back to US
Above and beyond is the quickest way to summarize our experience. We added 3 days in Jordan to our Egypt trip from TravelDiscounters, and started our first day in Aqaba after being picked up from the airport by Jakoub, our amazing driver for the entirety of the trip. I can't say enough good things about him, and will let my experience speak for itself. If you've been thinking of going to Jordan, do it as soon as possible! First off, it's mindblowing how empty most places were, as we are some of the first tourists to begin traveling and as time goes on the sites will only fill up more and more. But we basically had a private tour of every site we went to, and although it is good in a sense you can tell the vendors and those that rely on tourism are hurting. We were actually the first group Jakoub had worked with in 15 months. While you are in Jordan you will meet insistent vendors and it is important to keep in mind how they have not had business for so long, so even if you aren't the type to typically buy art or knickknacks, you will find prices you might not see again and bring some extra money to spend on souvenirs/art/jewelry. We began our short stay in Aqaba exploring temples with a local guide, who was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my family, as we are all avid photographers and tend to linger longer than most tourists. We were never rushed and unlike our later guide in Petra, he was good at reading us and knowing when to share information with us and when to let us wander. We requested to have our lunch earlier than scheduled, as we flew in at 4am and started our day immediately, and ate at a cute local restaurant. I don't remember the name but they had a drink of fresh mint and lemons that was incredibly refreshing and we craved for the rest of the trip! We slept in Amman at at Sulaf Luxary. It was a nice area that would have been fun to walk around with more time, with lots of restaurants and shops to see (and a Hardee's down the road!) The next day we went to Mt. Nebo and Madaba, both gorgeous places and the views at Mt.Nebo were incredible. In Madaba we visited a mosaic factory and didn't plan on buying anything, but saw a piece so beautiful we couldn't turn down. The shop houses works from hundreds of artists and ships pieces of a certain size for free as the government subsidizes them, so if you want to buy a mosaic piece this is the place to keep in mind. Our last night was spent in Wadi Rum and the Hassan Zawaideh Camp. We did a sunset "Jeep" tour (Jeep seems to be the placeholder for 4x4 trucks, so you're not in an enclosed vehicle but sitting in the bed so you can take pictures without being obstructed and feel the air - be sure to bring sunglasses or a scarf to keep sand from slapping you in the face!) that was MAGICAL. Our Bedouin driver was friendly and a good time, explaining the significance of the spots we stopped at. We saw where they filmed some of Lawrence of Arabia and even the Mandalorian, and he surprised us with some more tea once we stopped to watch the sun set! We had not planned on doing a sunrise camel ride, but when Jakoub told us about it we couldn't turn it down, and he helped us arrange it. THIS was probably the BEST part of our whole trip. I can't remember the name of the camel driver but he resides at the camp I believe, and his camels were absolutely precious! You could tell they loved him, and were so sweet and friendly. It changed our perspective on camels as our first interaction had been at the Giza Pyramids where the camels seemed less than happy to be around us. I'm not a morning person but I would recommend dragging yourself out of bed for this. Our last day we spent at Petra. We stopped at a store for coffee and a bathroom break and ended up getting a little sidetracked, as there were lots of pretty local artisan goods and learned the shop was government owned and an initiative of the Queen, so if you want to snag a souvenir without overinflated prices this is a good shop. Try to plan more time than we did to explore Petra for maximum enjoyment. Of course the Treasury is the most well known spot, and it isn't too far of a walk down (But still pretty far in, so be sure to take enough water). But there are multiple paths and trails to take past it that were much more satisfying, and I would recommend looking at a map beforehand to gauge how long you will need and how much water to bring (we ran out before reaching the top of the Monastery, and there is only one vendor 10 minutes from the top so once you start you have to commit! He had some AMAZING fresh orange juice that hits the spot after the tedious walk up.) There are donkeys for those who are unable to walk and it will cut your time in half. Bridge Travel simplified and planned everything perfectly, so we could fully enjoy our trip without any worries. Traveling during COVID we had to have negative tests to fly, and they made sure we were set every step of the way. I am impressed with the level of service they showed, and especially with Jakoub, who made our trip the phenomenal experience it was. He was more than someone who drove us around; he was knowledgeable and able to answer many questions we had about Jordan, and would find out for us if he didn't know right off the bat, and speaks great English. He was patient and never made us feel rushed or like a burden for requesting anything, and just great vibes all around. All in all, this was a great glimpse into the wonder of Jordan. The customer service and genuine kindness from Jakoub, the friendliness of all the people we met, the natural beauty and variety of the country, from lush mountains to sandy deserts, there was nothing to not love about this trip. Thank you Bridge Travel, and thank you Jakoub - we will be back!

Wonderful guides from Bridge travel for our trip to Jordan. Special thanks to Mr. Hani Marei and the rest of the team.
We were a group of 18 people in love with traveling and photography. The experience we had with Bridge Travel was great, their hospitality, warmth and availability at any time was simply amazing. Any need we had was taken care of and any question we had had been answered! Moreover, having a local tour guide speaking fluent Bulgarian (and English of course) was a very nice surprise! If I come back to Jordan, I will rely on these guys again for sure. Huge thanks!

Guys were warm and polite. They helped us see and feel the beautiful Jordan. Our trip to Petra with the guided tour was fantastic. We also enjoyed the visit of Wadi Rum. Glad we got to them for our trip
We attended a 4-day tour starting from Amman, ending in Aqaba. We had a great time in Jordan: Amman, Dead Sea area, Aqaba, Petra, Wadi Rum. Our driver, Jakoub, was very helpful. It definitely helps to have a local friend like Jakoub. He gave us a lot of insight into Jordan culture & history and we had long conversations while driving for hours about social and cultural aspects of life in Jordan. Thank you Jakoub for your kind hospitality, we appreciated you buying us Turkish coffee, one of the bests we had even in Turkey ☕️👍🏻
