We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Westin. Everything was perfect, from the excellent cleanliness and beautiful facilities to the outstanding service. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, professional, helpful, and welcoming. A very special thank you to Mr. Mohammed Al-Ass and Salah AlSiba3i at the pool area and Restaurant, who were exceptionally attentive and made our experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to give a special thanks to Mr. Mohammed from the reception, as well as the entire team, for their kindness and cooperation throughout our stay. The cleanliness was excellent, the service was outstanding, and everything was simply wonderful.
