The service was amazing, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel truly welcome. (marah ,hamza , sohaib .f , Ahmad, osama, sohaib ,….) And the managers where amazing and so helpful The food was great, and everything was clean and well maintained. The hospitality was outstanding, making our stay a wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at Oryx Hotel Aqaba. The family room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for families, something that’s not easy to find in many hotels, especially at such a reasonable price! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s central location is very convenient, and the complimentary shuttle service to different locations around Aqaba is a great bonus. The only area that could be improved is the pool, which is a bit small and quite basic. However, this did not take away from our overall experience. Great value for money, and we would definitely stay here again.

One of the most wonderful stays I have ever experienced. The team was highly professional, welcoming, and exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the facilities-including the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym-were outstanding. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, comparable to world-class hotels and, at times, even surpassing them. They truly understand the art of creating special moments and unforgettable memories. The reception team was amazing, and I would especially like to thank Mr. Abdullah, Marah, the outstanding Renad, and Mr. Amer for their exceptional hospitality. From the Food & Beverage team, I would like to extend my gratitude to Chastine and Majed Al-Maaytah, who made my day with their professionalism and kindness. From the Housekeeping team, I would also like to thank Ethel and Zaid Assaf for their excellent service and attention to detail. This hotel and its remarkable team created some of the most beautiful moments of my life during my birthday celebration. I had a very pleasant stay at the Oryx Hotel in Aqaba. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to help. As a wonderful surprise, the hotel upgraded our room to a suite at no extra charge, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also offers a shuttle service that took us wherever we needed to go in Aqaba, making it very convenient to explore the city. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. When we had an early morning flight, they arranged transportation to the airport and even prepared a lunch box for us to take along. I would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and hospitality. Their excellent service made our trip memorable, and I would happily stay at Oryx Hotel again in the future. A special thanks to Ahmed for all his personified assistance and attention to detail. He helped us so much and make our vacation so enjoyable.
