Movenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba

The hotel is fantastic—very beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfast and dinner options were varied and excellent for a buffet. The staff provided attentive service; they really care and check in to see if you need anything. Areas for improvement: There is a lack of evening activities, such as shows or live music. There are pigeons at the second-floor pool; perhaps they should address this issue. I recommend this hotel for a getaway focused on unwinding and having fun. Thank you for your hospitality.

Exactly what my family and I needed to relax and have a short vacation to unwind and enjoy the luxurious hotel and it's amenities with the wonderful hospitality which made us enjoy every minute during our stay. Everything was perfect, clean and enjoyable, we will definitely come back again and recommend your hotel to our friends and relatives. Thank you for making our stay memorable 💖

From the very first moment we arrived at Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba, we felt genuinely welcomed. The warmth, professionalism, and attention to every little detail made us feel like valued guests, not just visitors. What truly impressed us was the incredible dedication of the team. No request seemed impossible—they consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. Their genuine care, quick response, and constant smiles created an atmosphere that made our stay truly unforgettable. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally well maintained, but what makes this place truly special is its people. Every member of the staff reflects the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and experience. This is only the beginning of our stay, and after such an amazing first day, we are even more excited to spend the rest of the week here with such an outstanding team. We are confident the coming days will be just as memorable. A very special thank you to the General Manager for leading such an exceptional team and creating an environment where guests genuinely feel cared for. Your leadership is clearly reflected in every detail of the guest experience. Highly recommended, and we can't wait to come back again!

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is perfect, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and everything the city has to offer. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. What truly made the experience outstanding, however, was the incredible service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests have a memorable stay. A very special thank you goes to Mahmoud at the reception desk. His kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality were truly remarkable. From check-in to check-out, he went above and beyond to assist us, always with a smile and a positive attitude. Employees like Mahmoud are a true asset to the hotel and are the reason guests look forward to returning. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. I will definitely be back and will happily recommend this hotel to family and friends. Highly recommended!
