Reviews
It was an overall great experience in the tail-end of summer. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and the location is central to other sites in Aqaba and close to the airport. But the facilities make it a great place to stay if you want to spend time on the beach and not leave the resort. The service overall was accommodating. Mahmoud Al-Bashtawi and others were extremely kind and professional.
My only suggestion would be to better ensure that children stay away from adult pools and facilities.
كانت تجربة رائعه والخدمات ممتازة I would like to give special thanks to Mikey for her excellent service. She is very kind, friendly, hardworking, and professional. She does an amazing job cleaning and arranging the room, and she pays great attention to detail. She is always helpful and has a wonderful attitude. She truly deserves appreciation for her outstanding work. Thank you, Mikkee , for making our stay more comfortable!
The massage experience was excellent. Aileen, who provided the massage, was very professional, kind, and respectful. I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire session. She paid attention to every detail and performed her work with great skill. I highly recommend Aileen to anyone looking for a professional and excellent massage service. Thank you, Aileen, for the wonderful treatment and great hospitality.
I had an excellent stay at Kempinski Hotel Aqaba. The location is perfect, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the food was delicious with a great breakfast selection.
What truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Abdulrahman Al-Zuhairi and Mahmoud Al-Bishtawi at breakfast for their exceptional service, kindness, and warm hospitality. They always made us feel welcome.
I’d also like to thank Bilal from the valet team for his professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help, as well as Abdullah at the beach for his cheerful attitude and excellent service.
The team at Kempinski Aqaba truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
We had a very relaxing stay. The hotel is perfect for families as well as couples looking for privacy, peace, and a quiet atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and respectful. They were always helpful while never being intrusive, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has a calm, relaxing vibe. The food was average there was a decent variety, but it’s not the hotel’s strongest point.
