I had a disappointing stay at Jordan Seasons Hotel. One of the biggest issues was the lack of parking space — it was very inconvenient, and no proper arrangements were provided. The air conditioner was also frustrating. No one informed me that it requires a remote to operate, and even when I tried to use it, it didn’t work properly. This made the room quite uncomfortable. On top of that, the TV was basically useless. The channels were very poor, and most of the time there was no clear sound or picture. Another concern was the inconsistency in service. The hotel advertises valet parking on its website, yet the receptionist seemed unaware of this service, which reflects poor internal communication. What made the experience worse is that my reviews on their social media pages were deleted instead of being addressed, which is very unprofessional and disappointing. Overall, the experience was not good, and I expected much better in terms of basic facilities and communication. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless these issues are fixed

This is a great hotel in Aqaba! Has a great view of the city, just minutes from the corniche, and a delicious breakfast! I stayed here twice with my wife and our small daughter. I was really thankful for the staff and their friendliness. The owner, Mohamed and his team go above and beyond to take care of you. I definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay in Aqaba!
