I had an excellent training experience at the InterContinental Hotel from August 23rd to August 26th. The overall experience was outstanding, from the professional service and comfortable facilities to the welcoming and supportive staff.
I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Mahdi Al-Rifai and Mr. Ahmad Abdullah for their exceptional support and professionalism. They were always available and ready to provide assistance whenever needed, which made the entire training experience smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable.

We stayed at this hotel as three families traveling together and we all had such a lovely experience. From the moment we arrived everyone made us feel welcome and the whole place had a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
Our rooms were clean and comfortable and spacious and everything was kept in very good condition. One of the things we appreciated most was the staff. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and kind and always happy to help. It really made a difference and made our stay feel even more enjoyable.
The location of the hotel was also perfect for us. It was very close to many shops and shopping areas so it was really easy to go out and shop whenever we wanted. We did not have to travel far to find stores and everything we needed was nearby which made our stay even more convenient.
The hotel is also very family friendly which was perfect for us since we were a large group traveling together. We were able to relax and spend time together and enjoy our vacation without any problems. Everything went smoothly during our stay and all three families were very happy with the cleanliness and service and overall experience.
We had a great time and made some really nice memories together. We would definitely be happy to come back again in the future and would recommend this hotel to other families or groups looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

I recently stayed at the InterContinental Aqaba for a 2-day trip in June 2026. Over the past 16 years, my work has taken me to every single 5-star hotel in Jordan, and this marked my 20th+ visit to this specific property. Honestly speaking, I have never experienced anything less than stellar service here; the high quality is incredibly consistent every single time.
I want to extend a massive thank you to the entire hotel staff, who are exceptionally supportive in all aspects. A special shoutout goes to the Events and Banqueting team. They are incredibly proactive, always on the spot, and immediately handled anything we needed. Because of them, I strongly recommend this hotel for high-level events and conferences.
The facilities are fantastic. The rooms are spotless, and the swimming pools are perfect. It is worth mentioning that the hotel is currently under renovation, but it is managed so flawlessly that you won’t feel or notice it at all unless the staff tells you. Furthermore, as an eco-car friendly hotel, they offer free EV charging in the parking slots, which is a great touch.
