Grand Talabay Resort

Since 2017, the year I married, I have always considered the Grand Talabeh Hotel the first and best choice when I decide to visit Aqaba because of the cleanliness of the place and the kindness and professionalism of the staff but this time unfortunately I was very disappointed because this time I found the decline in the cleanliness of the room. Since I received the room I found the floor unclean and it has a sand sensation and the curtains are unclean and not suitable for the size of the window which caused discomfort for me and my family at sunrise because the curtain does not block the light but the bed feels it Old and consumed and no follow-up or maintenance has been carried out for a long time either on the pool there are not enough chairs or sunbeds in hand nor even amberlas to block the sun. The only positive thing is that the receptionists are very nice and the restaurant staff too. Please take better care of the hotel management and work to improve the cleanliness and quality of the hotel thanks....

Great stay, thanks to the amazing staff! We loved our stay! Huge thanks to David Gitonga, our waiter—he always greeted us with a smile, checked if we needed anything, and brought our morning coffee daily. Housekeeping (Leonardo & Miss Shaima) were also fantastic—friendly, responsive, and did a great job. We also appreciated the animation team for the lovely morning stretching and yoga sessions. The only hiccup was finding the gym (nobody knew the exact spot!), but the staff eventually took us there. Overall, wonderful service!

The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety of options. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I look forward to staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would especially like to mention the food was absolutely delicious, with excellent quality and a great variety. a special thanks to chef suha for the amazing meals and outstanding experience. everything was prepared with great care and tasted fantastic. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the restaurant manager and the entire restaurant team for their professionalism, respect, and exceptional service. their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made every dining experience memorable. highly recommended, and I would definitely love to come back
