The staff was very nice and helpful, but the non-smoking room still smelled strongly of cigarettes and they couldn’t move me. For the price, the smoke smell made the stay not worth it at all. If you have status here, it won’t matter either. If you’re a non smoker, just go to another place. Not worth the $200+ per night.
The rooms were clean, and the reception staff were really nice and welcoming.
A special thanks to Chef Saeb! He was so thoughtful and made us a delicious manqosheh. He was also super friendly and made us feel right at home.
We’ll definitely be coming back, especially for the amazing hospitality!
A comfortable and well-maintained hotel with professional and welcoming staff. The staff were very kind and made the stay feel warm and inviting. The rooms were clean and thoughtfully prepared, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The cookies were amazing and a delightful touch. I would gladly return again.
Very nice Hotel. Rooms are very beautiful. Staff is very nice and care about guests. Especially the breakfast staff are very friendly and ensure a good meal, even for vegetarians. Room service is great and very fast. I recommend for people that want a beautiful hotel in the center of the city with a nice view
We had a truly wonderful time during our stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the *reception staff* made us feel incredibly welcome—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
A special shout-out to the pool guard who ensured everything was safe and relaxing, and to the bartender, whose drinks and energy added the perfect touch to our day at the pool. Their service was nothing short of extraordinary —attentive, kind, and genuinely caring.
Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!
