Aqaba Coast Hotel

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. My experience was very bad from the beginning. The service at the lobby was not good and was frustratingly slow. Even though there was no one else in the lobby when I arrived to check in, completing the check-in process took about half an hour. As for the room, it was old and had a strange, unpleasant smell. The level of cleanliness was also very poor, especially the bed, which had a lot of hair on it, in addition to noticeable dampness. Also, most of the lights in the room would not turn off, and the television did not work. Honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. This was truly the worst hotel I have stayed at so far, and I do not recommend it.

Terrible experience. The room was dirty . One room had a view of a parking garage, and the other overlooked a garbage dump — completely unacceptable. The location was misleading, and the service was extremely poor. Staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend.

Comfortable rooms. Very clean. Reasonable breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff The location is ok. Aqaba is small, so for us with a car it’s fine. It’s not in the most beautiful part of town but there’s a great local juice shop around the corner and you can see the sea from the upper floors. It’s not particularly quiet in the hotel though. The doors make a lot of noise when they close in the corridor. And I think the wind moves them.
