It was a truly wonderful experience. The service was exceptional, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also tried the breakfast, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely delicious and made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to all the staff for their professionalism, warm hospitality, and excellent service. I'd especially like to thank Saeed at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and assisted us with everything we needed. This was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be coming back.

I have stayed at Al Manara more than 10 nights throughout this year, and I can confidently say that it is one of the finest hotels not only in Aqaba but in Jordan. From the moment you arrive, everything reflects luxury, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and maintained to the highest standards. The facilities are excellent, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the location is simply perfect. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. I would like to give special recognition to Mr. Eyad, who consistently went above and beyond to make every stay memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail are truly remarkable. He is always welcoming, friendly, and eager to help, making guests feel valued and at home. It is rare to meet someone who combines such exceptional service with genuine warmth and hospitality. Every interaction with Mr. Eyad was a pleasure, and his dedication to guest satisfaction is a perfect reflection of the high standards maintained by Al Manara. He is undoubtedly one of the hotel’s greatest assets. Thank you to the entire Al Manara team for consistently delivering an outstanding experience. I look forward to returning many more times in the future and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aqaba.

Our stay at Al Manara Hotel in Aqaba was truly one of the best experiences we have had. The hotel is exceptional in every aspect — from the beautiful and spotless rooms to the peaceful atmosphere and attention to every small detail. Everything reflected a very high level of quality and professionalism. What made our experience even more special was the outstanding hospitality and warm welcome from the reception team. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Sahar, who supported us greatly and was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. One of the most impressive aspects of the hotel is the presence of the Hotel Manager, Mr. Eyad Ammouri, who is constantly present around the hotel, personally checking on guests and ensuring everything runs perfectly. His dedication and attention to guests truly reflect the excellent management and high standards of the hotel. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Mr. Nader Al Abbadi, Rooms Manager, who is an amazing person — extremely helpful, professional, and supportive.
