Hurulu Eco Park Jeep Safari [Private,full Package]

We had a very nice Safari today and trilt enjoyed nature and wildlife in Hurulu Eco Park with a good and kind guide and safe car. We saw many elephants and baby elepanths.

We really enjoyed our experience at the Eco Park. The weather was a bit hit and miss but the drivers were so accommodating with the roof and sides when this happened. We saw lots of elephants, the other tour providers got very very close to the elephants and boxed them in, which we didn’t like , but our driver was very respectful and gave them enough distance and drove on when this happened to find others. He was also very knowledgeable about the elephants and any questions we had were answered. We saw lots of baby elephants too as young as 1 month old.

It was a very nice tour. There were two guides, and they helped spot animals from both sides of the vehicle. Thanks to them, we were able to find animals quickly and really enjoy the experience. They were very hospitable. It was also reasonably priced, so I highly recommend it.

We went on a safari in the morning where we were lucky enough to see many elephants. In the afternoon, we climbed to the top of Pidurangala Rock, where we enjoyed a magnificent view of Sigiriya (Lion Rock)!! Many thanks to Nadeesha for showing us these amazing places. He was very attentive and made sure to take us safely to each of these different locations.

We had an amazing afternoon with Nadeesha and his intern. Spotted dozens of elephants. With quite a few other jeeps around, Nadeesha made sure to minimize interfering with the elephants' ways. Because of that it didn't feel too invasive. He had a great eye for spotting other animals as well. All in all, well recommended! Thank you Nadeesha!!

Absolutely incredible experience witnessing wild elephants in their habitat. Our guides found the most perfect and quiet spots, where some elephants right by our jeep. Beautiful experience and strongly reccomend doing whilst in Dambulla!

The safari tour was absolutely incredible and one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. Seeing the elephants in the wild was truly unforgettable and something we will cherish forever. Being able to observe them in their natural environment was both exciting and humbling. The tour was very well organised from start to finish, with smooth hotel pick-up and a great pace throughout the safari. We had plenty of time to enjoy the sightings and take everything in without ever feeling rushed. The overall experience felt authentic, immersive, and extremely well run. Our guide, Kavindu, played an important role in making the tour so special. He shared interesting facts about the elephants and the surrounding wildlife and was very knowledgeable about the area. His calm, professional approach added a lot to the experience. This safari is a must-do for anyone visiting the area, an unforgettable tour with amazing wildlife encounters.

Great experience with the jeep through the beautiful park. We saw lots of elephants throughout the trip and with a fantastic finale when we where surrounded by a group of appr. 17 elephants. Amazing! Thank you for this!

We had a fantastic safari with Kavindu and saw lots of elephants. He was extremely professional and very respectful of the wildlife, always keeping a safe distance. From what we observed, not all operators showed the same care. Kavindu’s knowledge and timing also meant we reached groups of elephants before others arrived, without ever feeling rushed or intrusive. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the experience! Especially our kids who were with us — they had an amazing time and learned a lot from the driver’s explanations. They truly made the most of it. At the end, the driver kindly took us to buy some food and fruit and even invited us for coffee, generously giving us his time. Thank you so much to you and your wonderful office for creating such beautiful and unforgettable moments for us today. We will definitely come back to Sri Lanka again.

Great tour! The guide was very nice and we saw many elephants and even a baby one. The park is beautiful. The organisation and communication were very smooth.

We did an evening tour to Hurulu Eco Park with a pick up from our hotel in Dambulla. We booked short notice the same morning. Via WhatsApp we first asked if we could do the tour because we were concerned about the rain. We were lucky, the rain stopped for the evening tour and we had the jeep and our wonderful driver and guide Nadeesha all to ourselves. Maybe it's not the cheapest option (112 US$ for both, excluding tips but everything else included) but it was easy to organise, 100% convenient and 100% a beautiful experience - we saw may elephants, from solo males to groups of up to 10 females with young ones and even a baby. Nadeesha was very careful not to bother the elephants too much while still ensuring the best views for us. Thank you for this beautiful experience!

Had an amazing experience seeing elephants up closer in the jeep, our guide Kavindu took us around Hurulu park scouting out some elephants and told us about some of the other wildlife there. Unlike some other jeeps, Kavindu maintained a good distance from the elephants so as not to disturb them from their natural habitat which my partner and I both appreciated. Kavindu showed a keen respect and passion for his role as a safari guide, would recommend!

The tour guide makes the difference! With his insider knowledge, route expertise, and friendly demeanor, he made the day a complete success! I can only highly recommend it; I would book again at any time!

Super nice tour guide, we have seen many elephants and even the smallest animals like lizards he has discovered and shown us, he always tries to park in the shade for us (super nice), but in dealing with the animals he was always respectful (so it was also ethically really justifiable because of their handling , as well as that half of this park is only used for safari and the entrance is primarily used for maintenance etc.) Clear recommendation and a unique experience

We had done a safari in Wilpattu before, but this was much better. Our driver/guide was very respectful to the elephants, gave them space instead of hunting them. That's why they came to us and we saw a lot of elephants.

Punctual pickup, the elephants we encountered, professional safari car and decidedly 2 nice and competent men led us through the morning. Thank you.

The Safari was fantastic! The guide drove very pleasantly and carefully, respecting nature. He knew exactly where the animals were. We were able to observe different groups of elephants very nicely and quietly. Really fantastic! Also seen very beautiful birds and enjoyed the sunset at a beautiful lake very quietly. We also had very good explanations about everything that was there to see. It was a top experience!
