Antwerp Scavenger Hunt & Highlights Self-guided Walking Tour

We really enjoyed this scavenger hunt and self-guided tour of Antwerp! It was a fun and different way to explore the city, discover its beautiful landmarks, and learn interesting facts along the way. The activities and clues made the walk much more engaging, turning sightseeing into an enjoyable little adventure. We especially liked having the freedom to explore at our own pace and take our time at the different stops. A lovely experience that combines sightseeing, discovery, and a bit of fun. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting Antwerp who wants to explore the city in a more interactive way!

Kids had a blast with this activity! They took our phones and lead the way on the beautiful city of Antwerp. Very well done app.

The tour gave us an introduction to many places in Antwerp, especially in the old town, but we missed many of the clues - for instance there are two clocks in Antwerp Central Station and we couldn't find the right one. We were looking for more complex clues sometimes, not simple ones. The background descriptions were useful. This tour might be best for a small group of children.

Super activity for adults and children! We will do something similar to a new city again. Learned a lot! The local legends and stories were exactly what we wanted :)

I had a fantastic time exploring Antwerp—it’s a lively and charming city! With World City Trail, we uncovered lots of interesting facts and hidden corners that really enriched the experience. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a fun, easy, and slightly different way to discover the city.

Exploring Antwerp on my own with this scavenger hunt was such a fun and enriching experience! The game led me through stunning squares, past the impressive cathedral, and into hidden alleys full of character and history. The clues were engaging and gave just enough challenge to keep things interesting without being frustrating. I loved having the freedom to stop for a coffee or take photos whenever I wanted.

First time visiting Antwerp and we thought we'd try something that allows us to explore at our own pace. Loved the fact that we could make stops wherever we wanted. The app is really easy to navigate and the riddles were fun!

We went a trip with friends in Antwerp and we played the scavenger hunt. It led us to stunning monuments in the center, such as the Cathedral of our Lady and the gorgeous Grote Markt. Always a fun way to explore the city!

Fun, informative, ideal to do with kids

It was a fun treasure hunt/walk. Nice that you could determine/schedule the time yourself.

Fun but I would have liked to hear some history instead of reading. Some were a little too easy but we still had fun in the meantime.

The app is very user-unfriendly.

It was very unclear. At the Central Station in Antwerp we didn’t know whether to look at something or not. Then I went to the next point and gave maps the way to St. James' Church but we didn't know whether to do anything or look at anything, we were just walking. But on the way there I unfortunately fell and I turned my ankle very badly and we had to go to emergency. So I can't really say much but I found the app very unclear.

We made a nice trip through Antwerp. Seen a lot, learned a lot.

Can't you call it a puzzle, you're taken to the places via Google Maps and then have to look at the place and answer a question about what you see directly

This scavenger hunt led us to places we would not have visited otherwise. The app is clear and the commands are fun. And along the way we've had plenty of breaks

Until we even got the dates of the scavenger hunt, with registration and around, took time and was totally complicated. The app was not self-explanatory. And the route too extensive. The explanations or resolutions not plausible. We wouldn't recommend it.

Beautiful port city with lots of history. I went on the recommendation of a friend who told me to do it after I had visited Brussels, another beautiful Belgian capital city, a humble Paris

nice walk through the old town, but you can't really call it a 'scavenger hunt' as there are only 10 questions to be answered throughout the course. It was also not clear how the final score per team is calculated etc... this can still be optimized to make it a slightly more competitive and interactive game!

Booking went well via Tripadvisor. The information and instructions were also easy to understand. We passed the most important sights in Antwerp on the tour. Small tasks had to be completed and you could read interesting additional information via the app. I really enjoyed the tour.
