No staff or concierge. Must setup app prior to arriving. Interesting modern concept. Room was very clean and nice. Air Conditioning does not work well enough to cool the room at all. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Location is close to everything. Street noise is loud all night.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've had in several years. Everything looked great when I arrived. Entry was straightforward and rooms were nice. The problems happened around 9:30 when the fire alarms went off. At first I thought it was someone else's alarm because it was quite quiet in our room but later realised it was the hotel fire alarm and everyone was evacuating. No problem, these things happen and we tried messaging the hotel through their app but without any response. After standing outside for thirty minutes or more, still nobody from the hotel arrived. The fire brigade, police, and other emergency services came but to our surprise the alarm kept ringing and no one from the hotel showed up or answered anyone's messages. After another hour the fire brigade explained that there was a faulty fire alarm and nobody from the hotel appeared to be interested in attending the site. Later we were told they were going to come in about half an hour but that they were uncertain what they would do to fix the problems. Because it was now late at night and we had been on our feet all day, we just went back into the hotel, grabbed our stuff, and left. We managed to book another room in the city but it's left us with a very sour taste in our mouth about these Numa hotels.
Our stay at Numa was great. The apartment was fantastic - stylish, comfortable and good value for money. It’s located on a busy street near the train station, so the area immediately around it is quite busy, but it’s very close to the centre and there is a supermarket downstairs. The fact that there are no staff members and everything is done through the website is a bit unusual, but it works well. I wish I knew that I could check-in before arrival, doing the self check-in at the door was a bit stressful. Also, we booked car parking and it would have been good to get more detailed instructions and more info about it. But these inconveniences were small and I would definitely stay Numa again.
Everytime I go to Antwerp it’s my go-to place ! Nice location nice services, great reactivity from the staff if help is needed. The breakfast can take you through the day ! It’s filling, good and healthy. Despite everything being tackled electronically, the place is secured and nicely taken care of.
Spacious, modern, spotless. My one bedroom was like a home away from home. Located right at Opera station steps away from the Central Station and old town. When you first check in, the codes and access panels are confusing - but after the first day it becomes easy. My room was quiet, with every amenity including a very handy clothes washer, full kitchen and plenty of space. I could have lived in this unit. Pricing was very reasonable and self controlled heat/AC make this an A+ choice. Ive used Numa previously in Berlin and based on that top experience, I booked again. This location was even more superior!
