⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️ As the owner of Naomi Jane's Escape Plans, I've been fortunate enough to stay in many hotels across Europe while researching destinations for my clients, and I can honestly say NH Collection Antwerp has provided the best customer service I've experienced. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern, spacious rooms and exceptional attention to detail. However, what truly makes this property stand out is its people. A special thank you to Emila, who went above and beyond by arranging a room change and sharing fantastic local restaurant recommendations and experiences. Her genuine care, local knowledge, and friendly approach made my stay so much more enjoyable. She is a true asset to the NH Collection team. I'd also like to recognise the Managing Director. It is obvious that they have created a culture where both guests and staff are treated like family. Every interaction felt warm, welcoming and personal, and that kind of hospitality comes from exceptional leadership. Great location right next to the train station, kind staff, very good breakfast, tastefully designed. Nice amenities in the room. Super comfortable beds.

Unfortunately, our check-in experience with Gabriela was disappointing. She appeared unfriendly and did not proactively explain where breakfast was served or the benefits of joining the membership program after we signed up. However, we noticed that she was very welcoming, smiling, and provided detailed explanations to the white guests before us. The inconsistent service made us feel uncomfortable and treated differently. We hope the hotel can provide the same level of service and professionalism to every guest.

Location was right next to the train station, which is convenient. Area isn't bad. Fairly reasonable walk to the tourist center and to non tourist shopping and dining. Breakfast was excellent.
