The hospitality at the restaurant, especially the front restaurant was disappointing, poor service. I was also kept waiting in the lobby for two hours before I was able to check in, which was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the room was very hot, very poor airconditioning. While I was in my room, there was loud drilling or carpentry work, making it difficult to relax. Overall, the experience was far below my expectations.

Absolutely terrible experience, Nonstop drilling with zero care from staff Booked 12 nights and was woken up every morning at 8 AM by endless drilling right outside my room. Called reception and they lied saying there was a letter in the room and that guests were informed at check-in. There was nothing. Their brilliant solution? Offering me eye drops. No apology, no help, no compensation. The staff are completely useless and indifferent. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel.
The hotel was at the vicinities of where I was attending an event, so it was suitable for purpose. Yet, some small things made my 1 night stay pretty uncomfortable. There was no water bottles in the room, nor bottles to refill, although there was a water fountain in the lobby. There is no staircase connection between parking lot and the lobby. Only connection was a very tiny lift (only 1), which was a struggle for a claustrophobic person like me. The staff was ok, but we could have been better instructed about how to get water, and how the hotel facilities work. Otherwise, bed was comfortable and my air conditioning functioned, but n like other people’s room complaining the same day - attention to the fact that the weather was severe that week (30°C - 35° C).
Hello, I am a tour guide. Almost every month of the year, I bring groups from my country to Europe and guide them throughout their trips. I had stayed at this hotel before, and because of our previous satisfaction, we chose to stay here again. This time, however, we had the pleasure of meeting a truly wonderful person. Mr. Ali, who works at the reception, was always there to help me and my group whenever we needed anything. Because of this, he became much more than just a receptionist—he felt like a good friend to us. In addition to the pleasant time we spent at the hotel, I am especially happy to have met such an amazing person like Mr. Ali. As Mustafa Kemal Atatürk once said, “The one who loves their homeland the most is the one who performs their duty in the best way.
The rooms are clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the shower nice and hot. The breakfast was a bit busy, but there is lots of choice. The people were really friendly. The location for us was perfect (right across the road from the pool) but is not convenient for people who wish to be down town.
