Leonardo Hotel Antwerp Plaza

We really liked the interior design of this hotel. Room was spaciois with a little hallway & walk-in closet. Breakfast had all the components healthier to sweets.. The man at the frontdesk was very good as his job and so is housekeeping as room was spotless.

It’s a decent hotel close enough to central station and Stadpark. I stay here for business because they have a bath and the rooms are HUGE, but the beds are not the most comfortable honestly (thin tiny pillows, no cosy blankets or duvets, just sheets). It’s also a bit annoying to have to fully register every single time when you stay there at least once a month. It would be a nice improvement if the system/front desk recognised you as a returning customer and made checking in more smooth. Multiple times I’ve also waited at the front desk for 10+ minutes before someone was there.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very large and remarkably quiet. The staff was warm, friendly, and extremely welcoming from the moment we arrived. To top it off, the breakfast was excellent with a great selection. ​Highly recommended!

My family and I spent an extended weekend at Leonardo Hotel Antwerp The Plaza and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our entire stay. Check-in was quick and efficient, which we really appreciated after traveling with kids. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We had a terrace with furniture that was also immaculate — great spot for morning coffee. Location is perfect. We took the tram right across from the hotel and were at Antwerp Zoo in just 5 minutes. Everything you need is close by. Honestly 5 stars on everything: cleanliness, service, comfort, and location. We’ll definitely be back.
