Excellent stay! Great location, very kind and helpful staff, and a lovely breakfast with fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, granola, and other tasty options. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Nicely fitted out, fairly spacious room. We were warned about the builders putting up their new wing so don't have a issue with that (they do work from 7am to nearly 7 pm so If you're not an early riser, beware). We were not warned about the pervasive sewage smell through much of the hotel, including our room. I understand the need to protect their assets but to fit every bed with a waterproof sheet on top of the mattress is a bit much and created sweatier than necessary nights. Breakfast was good but avoid the scrambled eggs as they are the rubberiest I've encountered.

Almost perfect hotel - great location , friendly staffs, clean and big room for two. Booked for 3 nights but waking up 6 am on Monday morning, 6:30 am following two early morning. It’s different from the notice of building construction works next door. I don’t need a morning call for my holiday.

Go to Antwerp! The city is a must. And this is the perfect hotel to stay in. Yes it’s on the back street. But it’s such a cute street. And it’s a simple walk to the great market Square. I mean it’s right there. Customer service is great, breakfast is great, and our room was absolutely adorable.
