Clients disembarking Cruise Ships will meet the guide at Antigua Commercial Bank. It will take 5mins walk through Heritage Quay Shopping Mall to the meeting point. The guide will display a placard for clients' easy identification. Our creditable guide will greet and escort clients to the transport. Refreshments will be available throughout tour. Will begin the tour in the City of St. John's covering its artifacts on route and will make stops for picture taking. The famous historical Museum and Cathedral will be toured moving onto the Old Cricket Grounds after viewing the Governor General Residence. The tour will proceed onto House of Cultural then to Micheal's Mount viewpoint overlooking City of St. John's and 17th Century Fort James. The tour will proceed to V.C. Bird International Airport for viewing then to the former US Airforce Base going along Jabberwock beach seeing kite-flying onto the 17th Century Colonial Mansion then to Dickenson Bay to swim before returning to the City.
JTAT tour guide will cover the main historical landmarks of the city of St. John's leading up to Shirley's Heights. Clients will also view the Vivan Richards Cricket Stadium, Black House, etc. Entering the facility of Shirley's Heights, information on the famous ventage structure will be imparted in detail. Clients will have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful view overlooking English/Falmouth Harbour and take pictures. Especially on Sundays where there are vibing parties, clients will be able to enjoy live steel pan and reggae band music. The Old Sugar Plantation built in the 16th century. Detailed information about this historic artifact will be provided. Clients will have the opportunity to walk through the facility for viewing and taking pictures.

This church is over 200 years old. Clients will be taken for a walk-through tour and will be provided with detailed information about this church.

This transportation service was the 👌🏾 best. We used them from the beginning of our trip- airport pick-up to the end- airport drop off. The tour was wonderful. Absolutely amazing! Mr. Johnson was the best guide, he was some knowledgeable and informative about the island. He stopped to allow us to talk with some of the locals, He even went out of the way to stop at tow store so we could purchase authentic spices. We would visit again and reach out to Mr. Johnson for another tour.
We had Kirwin drive us to and from the airport twice on short notice due to a luggage mixup . He was a great ambassador for Antigua-professional and friendly and went the extra mile in helping us sort out our luggage issue.
If you see St Johns Taxi Association Antigua and Barbuda just keep going. The worst we have ever encountered in the Caribbean. The price changed 4 times and they don't take you where you think you are going. The stand says they are authorized taxis and they wear yellow shorts. We walked away from them twice and should have just said no. Our scenic drive was not scenic at all in an uncomfortable van. One tiny beach so the driver could get his lunch. It was supposed to be a two hour drive that lasted almost four. If your cruise ship has a short port of call, you need to know this. The driver was nice though.
This is my 2nd year using Kerwin's Johnson Taxi & Tours. I own a travel agency here in Florida and have a yearly Journey's Cruise group. Kerwin was absolutely amazing at handling my group of 160 people. Precise directions with a video of which pier we were coming in at to out meeting spot. All guest were checked in very quickly. The van are all new, comfortable with great ac. He does not overcrowd you so you have a lot of space. The drivers are a wealth of information and give you fascinating history & info on the island. They are all very friendly and bring a lot of fun to the tour. With only 6 1/2 hours he made sure we saw the key highlights of Antigua which included Betty's Hope, Devils Bridge and Darkwood Beach. The island is scenic, the people are friendly & the food authentic. The pricing is excellent and Kerwin is excellent with communication. I will be using him again next year. Whether you have a small group or a large group this should be your number 1 choice!

I had a free day on Antigua before flying home and wished to experience the island. I couldn’t have chosen a better tour. Kerwin was courteous throughout and very knowledgeable. We arranged a tour to encompass the main sights and viewpoints. He even took photos for me as I was a solo traveller. At the end he dropped me at a wonderful restaurant for lunch and later collected me to take me to the airport. The vehicle was immaculate and very comfortable. Kerwin provided cold drinks throughout. We had a very nice time on this trip! It was me, my husband and our little baby (1 year old) so we were very careful choosing a service and we remained totally satisfied. The baby car seat was available which is not always a rule as I noticed so that's a huge plus. The car was very comfortable. We also get free drinks. And we could decide where we go and what to see. We are a family of 4 with a teenage daughter and son, we had a great day with Kerwin. He knew all the right things to share with us about Antigua and all the right beaches to take us to and he had contacts at each location too to get us just the right spot on the beaches etc. His van is also very spacious and very clean!
I highly recommend Johnson Taxi and Tours. Kerwin was recommended to us by one of the other guests at our hotel. We called him to take us to Shirley Heights (a must go to if you go to Antigua) So much fun. He stayed at the location the whole time we were there, just a phone call away for when we were ready to leave. Then the tour I had booked prior to arriving in Antigua fell through (long story) We called Kerwin and he came through for us at the last minute. He was remarkable and very knowledgeable about the island. He took us around town the whole time telling us about the island and then to a beautiful beach to hang out for awhile. I highly recommend using him for whatever you would like to do while visiting Antigua.

My family and I were on a cruise with a stop in Antigua. I was considering renting a car because we wanted to go to the Donkey Sanctuary, Stingray City, and not be stuck in a mass bus situation with the cruise ship. I reached out to one taxi service, and they were busy, and they recommended Kerwin. I was able to message him on WhatsApp to see if he could accommodate our unique tour. Our group included my wife and I, my 80-year-old mother, and our 10 and 11-year-old. First, I am so so glad I didn't rent a car. I could have handled driving on the left side of the road, but the roads are so tight, and there is so much traffic I would have had to concentrate on driving versus enjoying my family, and there is zero chance I would have found the Donkey Sanctuary. He was prompt and waiting for us at the end of the pier when we got off the ship. The car was around the corner, and he was able to bring it right to us so my mom wouldn't have to walk far. It was a Van/MiniBus that had good AC was clean and was in great shape. He also had a cooler with bottled water that my kids took full advantage of. After we had a great trip and our ship had left, I noticed I had missed some messages from him. My mom had left her Movado watch on the seat in her towel after Sting Ray City. He was kind enough to work with me on shipping it back. I sent him a DHL shipping label and paperwork, and we had the watch back in the States a week later. Again, above and beyond, to say the least. Thank you, Kerwin, for making Antigua our favorite stop. Not only are you a great person and host, but an ambassador of Antigua.

Kerwin was great! He is very responsive to messages and answered any questions I had. We booked him for our group pick up and each of us for an individual ride back to the airport. Was able to ride in both his vehicles the van and care. He was very timely awaiting us at the airport and with pick up to head to the airport. Both his vehicles were very clean. He was also very knowledgable and shared some facts about things we passed on our ride back to the airport. He provides water on the trip. I highly recommend using his services when visiting! Much better than using vehicles that make multiple spots! Best private service!
We booked Kerwin from JTAT to pick us up from the V. C. Bird International Airport for our 5th wedding anniversary trip and first time to Antigua. Kerwin was extremely prompt, professional, and maintained excellent communication via email before, during, and after our trip. Kerwin came as a recommendation from some friends who have been using him for a number of years. I required airport pickup and drop off. After a long delayed flight Kerwin was on airport waiting for me with a cool air conditioned vehicle and an ice cold bottle of water. I was picked up at our agreed time at my hotel for my return trip. I really appreciate not having to worry about anything. I will definitely be using him again on my trips to Antigua
We were collected from Antigua airport by Kerwin he greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome . The taxi was in excellent condition with the well needed air conditioning . Kerwin helped us with our luggage and we were impressed with his safe driving . A surprise of a fresh bottle of water for our journey. We arranged for him to collect us for our return to the airport and he arrived on time . We would not hesitate to recommend.

My husband and I were visiting the island from New Hampshire. We really wanted to explore English Harbour which was about 40 minutes from where we were staying (Sandals). We heard about Kerwin through another driver and we were not disappointed. Kerwin was extremely friendly and professional. The van we traveled in was basically brand new and very well kept. Kerwin picked us up right at Sandals for a round trip to English Harbour (a must see). He was very flexible and accommodating of our requests. Once in English Harbour we agreed upon a time and location that he would come back to pick us up. We ended up finishing earlier than expected. We sent Kerwin a message and he was able to get us an hour earlier than we originally planned. If you are looking for reliable, safe and friendly transport around the island, Kerwin is your guy!!
