Biggvee Airport Roundtrip Transfer

Knowing what I know now, I feel I was taken advantage of. There were two very nice vans to privately transfer my family of 6 to the resort. On our return to the airport, they sent one standard taxi van for us. It seemed like a bait and switch. While there, I discovered that Antigua taxi fares are fixed by the government. Unfortunately, we paid a premium price through Biggvee, which appears to be over twice the government regulated taxi fare.

This was a great experience. I was a little nervous about our airport transfer given my husband and daughter are motion sensitive and my understanding is that the roads were bumpy. Biggvee came through. Not only did we have a smooth and comfortable ride we had friendly and helpful service from the moment we were greeted until the airport drop off at our departure. My husband and daughter were comfortable both ways. We chose the round trip option and it was peace of mind that we would get consistent service to our hotel and back. The ride was smooth, air conditioned, clean and comfortable. Our driver was friendly and super informative about the island and had recommendations for our trip.

My driver was so so nice, he actually did the round trip transfer. Made me feel comfortable as a solo female traveler. The vehicle was neat and clean. He was very informative by telling me a lot about the island. I would highly recommend! I wish I could remember hls name, everyone including the greeter in the airport were super cool.

We reserved through Trip advisor/viator and through the company Biggvee. The process was very smooth. The Biggvee driver was awesome. We had a delay during arrival at airport and he waited over 30 extra minutes for us. Also they were prompt for our return trip to the airport. We would definitely use Biggvee again. Wow! So glad we chose this option. Multiple professional and friendly staff met us right as we got off the plane and escorted us through immigration, even taking us to the head of the line. We felt like VIPs! Then we were met by another member after customs who brought our car and driver around. The car was cool and immaculate, and the driver was very professional and helpful in answering any questions. I would definitely use this group again.
