This was just the right length for an island tour. Our tour guide Bloundel was very pleasant, kind, patient and knowledgeable. She took us to all the major landmarks on the Island. Overall, we would recommend this as a quick way to view some of Antigua’s special points.

Nice way to see the island. Our drive/guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Made the day. Back in time to do a little souvenir shopping.
Great tour around the island. Driver Vernon was very informative, easy to talk to and you can tell he truly loves meeting people and showing them around Antigua . He is a proud Antiguan and as a solo traveler I felt very safe during my tour with him. - I was the only person on this tour and I loved every minute of it .
This tour goes to some of the most famous landmarks, and amazing views on Antigua. If you are not accustomed to driving on the left, taking the tour is much better than renting a car. Also, there are few road signs here, so Google Maps could send you on some awful roads. Yes, the tour is worth the cost. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Wonderful morning with Riley as our guide, very knowledgeable and gave thoughtful details throughout. 3 hours went very quick and the journey took most of the time so I would go again and spend more time at the locations particularly Nelson’s Dockyard as 15 minutes wasn’t enough to walk around properly.
We spent a half day riding around the island and through many villages. Riley was a great guide and proud of his country. His knowledge helped make it a wonderful tour. So many interesting sites and beautiful views at Devil’s Bridge, Nelson Dockyard and Shirley Heights.
Cyril was a wonderful tour guide. Very knowledgeable of the island and loved hearing about all the history. The view from Shirley Heights was spectacular. Highly recommend!
Absolutely fantastic tour around the island. Highly recommend! Beautiful and very informative tour guide.
I am at an all inclusive resort but also wanted an overview of Island. This tour was as advertised and fit the bill. I was pleasantly surprised to be only person on the tour. Driver/guide was pleasant and informative. Tour did include pick up and return to Jolly Beach Resort, where I was staying.
Very professionally friendly knowledgeable tour guide. He took us to all the interesting and historically important spots and explained in a professional manner the history of the area.
Riley was an excellent driver and he had immense knowledge of the island. His descriptions of the sights and expert knowledge of the history is very interesting.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Antigua with Cyril. He was very knowledgeable, funny and friendly!
This was the perfect way to see some of the highlights of the Antigua! The tour included every stop I wanted to see, and Benjamin was the perfect guide. He answered every last question I had about Antiguan landmarks, history, and culture. He even stopped so we could try a local tamarind fruit straight off a tree! Overall, it was a great half-day tour, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get off their resort for a bit and see more of the island.
Leslie was very informative and answered every question we asked.
Excellent private tour of the island. Driver Cyril was very knowledgeable and friendly. Old English Harbour and Shirley heights are the stunning highlights. Gave my wife and I a good understanding of the island of Antigua, would recommend.
I couldn't recommend this tour enough, it is definitely worth going on and Lionel is definitely the best tour guide ever. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and very polite. He is also very passionate about his work and sharing his amazing knowledge as well. If you really want to experience Antigua properly, this tour is definitely a must. I enjoyed learning about the history of Antigua from Lionel. He also has a great sense of humor, which made the tour fun as well as very informative. Lionel goes above and beyond and shows you the hidden gems of Antigua as well. This tour is definitely well worth it.
Awesome Island, relaxing ride with great commentary. A very nice lunch was included. Devil’s Bridge was a big geyser shooting up 25 feet. A few venders with lovely merchandise and no pressure buying
What a fabulous day in Antigua. We learned so much history and saw breathtaking view points. We loved this amazing tour with plenty of time to stroll and enjoy with no worries we would miss our boat.
Good trip with Cyril a very knowledgeable drive/guide. We toured Nelson's Dockyard and a history lesson of when the British had the islands. We saw Sir Viv Richards sports complex and the house he was born in. We saw lovely beaches and Devils Bridge. roads are pretty bumpy!!
Excellent tour of the island accompanied by excellent information about the various geographical areas of Antigua. Very pleasant experience.
Our guide has lived on this island his entire life and as you’d expect was fully versed on all aspects of the island (history, geography, politics …). Most importantly, he enjoys sharing his island and is passionate about being an above average guide.
Had the guide to myself and he was great ... it was my birthday and he was really trying to make sure it was a wonderful trip .. which it was ... maybe need more time in Nelson's dock yard as being from the uk was more to see and very interesting .. would recommend
This was a great tour around Antigua. Our local guide was terrific! We saw devil's bridge, Nelson's Dockyard, sheep that look like little goats (no wool), a view of both the Caribbean sea and the Atlantic ocean from the same point and many many interesting sights and stories along the way. We had a super GREAT time!
Our driver Riley was excellent, courteous , passionate and knowledgeable about his island home. Unfortunately a little too much driving and not enough time at sights.
We booked a tour of Antigua while we stopped at the island on a cruise. It was one of the best experiences while on our cruise. Shak was our private tour guide providing commentary on the island taking us to many of the highlights to be seen. Beautiful island and people. Make sure to request Shak as your tour guide.
Leslie did a great job answering questions and showing highlights of the Island. Really appreciated his knowledge.
We came to Antigua by a cruise ship and chose this excursion. Not only it was more reasonably priced, we were with just another couple in a comfortable van, and our guide was knowledgeable, caring and fantastic. I highly recommend this!
Cyril was an absolute star for our trip. Whilst he was drafted in at the last minute, he provided a great service to our trip. Very knowledgeable and humorous for each of the 3 locations we visited. Also showed us some of the special and unique parts of Antigua on our journey around the island. Thanks Cyril we thoroughly enjoyed our day with you and best wishes to you and your boys.
Great trip around the island, saw just about everything “touristy” that we needed to see - Nelson’s Dockyard, Shirley Heights, Devil’s Bridge. Leslie was a great tour guide, great driver, friendly. It ended up being just 2 of us in the car. Does not require a lot of walking. Overall worth it.
The driver was great and gave us a good informative details at each stop. The Devils bridge and a few pretty lookout spots were the highlight.
We did this from the cruise port. We went on a mini bus with other tourists. Tour was ok.roads were really bumpy. We did neilson dockyard you have to pay to enter here or just stop of and take a few pics of the boats. We also did a beach stop which was fine. We paid 70 dollars for 2 of us
Good snapshot of some key sights. Lionel was very professional but also friendly and flexible. Much better than a large group tour
Riley did a fantastic job giving me a well-informed tour of the island. He answered all my questions, and it was a great way to start off my trip to Antigua.
Viator provided my husband and I along with 2 couples we traveled with, an informative driver/guide and nice clean vehicle. Our Antiqua tour gave us history, where people live and work. Highly recommend. We enjoyed Cyril as our driver/guide.
Our tour of Antigua was excellent. There were only 3 of us in an SUV so the ride was very comfortable. Our guide, Blondelle, was informative, pleasant, eager to share her knowledge of the island. We highly recommend both the tour and Blondelle!
A great overview of the highlights of the island. Our favourite was Shirley Heights with its incredible views. Our driver was wonderful and provided any interesting facts about life on the island.
We were picked up at our resort and shown the island. The history, the people, and the scenery was exactly what we wanted and Vernon James did just that.
Our guide gave us a wonderful tour of everything you could possibly want to see on the island. Antigua is not our favorite island (no offense to the wonderful guide, we just thought there wasn’t a whole lot to see on this island.)
Tour was absolutely fantastic - would 100% recommend, especially if you only have one day on the island like we did. Michael, our guide, was very knowledgeable and gave us so much information about the island as we were driving round.
Amazing one on one tour with Riley. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the island and culture and provided a safe and informative trip. Nearly four hours of seeing the sites and hearing stories of Antigua.
Had a lovely time with Michael who shared history and culture of the island. He was funny and knowledgeable. Lovely morning visiting devils bridge, Nelson’s Dockyard- would have liked more time here to wander and explore and then Shirley Heights.
Very informative. So glad we went! Beautiful views. Pleasant drive. Knowledgeable driver. Cadillac. Enjoyed it immensely.
We booked for this tour as couple and 4 other people joined us. The tour itself was good and Vernon did his best to ensure we saw everything on the itinerary. he was very informative and friendly. We had no problem with him, or what he offered us. The down side was that the company sent a car fit for 4 adult passengers to pick up 6 people. We had the back-back seat which had no footwell and no leg room for 3 hours driving. Trying to get in and out of the car was a chore. Another couple offered to swap half way but they were taller than us so would have been worse off. Next time I will just say no, and ask for a refund.
Jordan was very knowledgeable and personable. He took us to great places and gave us a lot of background about the island.
We had an amazing tour of Antigua with Cyril. He was very knowledgeable about the history and life in Antigua with funny anecdotes. Devil's Bridge, Nelson's Dockyard, Shirley Heights are gorgeous . And for us avid cricket fans, Cyril showed us the home where Sir Viv Richards grew up.
This is a great private tour which offers a chance to see Antigua and learn its history. My guide, Michael, showed up early and as I was ready to go we set off. We were able to beat the cruise ship crowds everywhere we went, making it a much more pleasant tour as I could take my time and learn as much as possible. This tour doesn’t involve a lot of walking, so this would be perfect for those wanting to set their own pace and not feel rushed.
Great tour that picked us up at our hotel. Benjamin was fabulous. We saw the three highlights of Antigua and got history and culture of the island.
My cousin and I wanted to see Antigua, so we got to see the whole island in comfort and with an awesome driver. Gregory picked us and 1 other person at the meeting point on time. He had a nice mini van with wonderfully comfortable seats. Since there were only 3 of us on the excursion, it made for a great atmosphere. Gregory was so knowledgeable about the country and the history it made for a very good and interesting experience. We highly recommend this excursion and company.
We covered all the keys attractions on Antigua during our tour trip. Our guide, Jordan, was lovely, he was so informative, interesting and keen to answer any questions we had. Perfect guide!
This was a tour driven by Michael who has been on the island many many years. He knew everything and showed us everything. He made everything interesting and he was one of the best tour drivers we've ever had. It was long though 9:00 a.m. till 12:30 p.m. but Michael never stopped showing us stuff. Really enjoyed it.
