The driver was on time and got me to my destination fast and on time. It was hard to find the information table so more signage is needed

Finding the location at the airport was a little unclear. Once we found the keas outside everything was a breeze. Drivers were friendly and on time for pickup.

Amazing start to vacation/ welecomed to cold rum punch and cool bottles of water very helpful and informative of what the island has to offer… 100% recommendable. Our driver Kareem was very helpful and friendly so prompt with time he was there waiting for us to disembark and ready to go with a car seat as requested 10/10 service. Picked up and departed in 2 different vehicles which was clean and well maintained as well.

Hands down the best transfer company we have used in many many years of travel. On this trip, we were traveling with my two brothers and their wives. We had been before many years ago but it was the first time for my brothers. I wanted this trip to be special so I asked if they could arrange for a few extras for our arrival including cold beer and 6 Antigua baseball caps. We came in late after long travel delays and they were there with everything I requested. (I should add that I worked with Amey via email and text. Her messages were professional, positive, and genuine. I taught business communication in a top ranked business school for many years and comment that, if I were still teaching, I would use her notes as perfect examples of competence and warmth.) The cars were excellent and the drivers, Olsen and Kareem, were lively and informative. We had great conversations about lots of things including family, Antiguan life, and culture. Our return ride was perfectly on time. They got us to the airport with plenty of time to navigate the crazy airport. If you are going to Antigua, contact Eagle Transfer and Tours. You will not be disappointed!

Saved at least an hour waiting on huge line for customs . I guess it depends on the timing of your arrival but there were hundreds of people in libe. A lovely welcome to the island

Super easy transfer to and from the airport. Helped alleviate the stress of having to secure a ride from the resort. Archer gave us a great deal of information about the island on the way to the resort.

We used Eagle travel via viator for our journey between Antigua airport and the hotel. Waiting for us when we arrived and arrived promptly to pick us up for our return. Very friendly drivers.

A Viator rep, by phone, provided our group transportation from the Antigua airport to our resort and sent me a booking link to finalize, which I did. Upon receipt of the confirmation email, I discovered our booking was to the wrong resort. I spent over an hour trying to resolve this issue with multiple Viator reps. I was told not to worry that they would correct the issue with the actual transportation company, Eagle Transfers & Tours. However, upon arrival in Antigua, the issue was unresolved between Viator and Eagle. Eagle Transfers & Tours was amazing to work with and I’m so grateful that they helped in making sure our transportation was enjoyable and smooth. I recommend using Eagle direct. Viator has still not contacted me to resolve the booking conflict.

So easy to use. Followed the instructions to the Eagle booth to be greeted by the biggest smile and a much appreciated bottle of water. Really comfortable car and the driver gave an excellent running commentary of the area. Got to see where Sir Viv Richard’s lived, so my day got even better.

It was wonderful! Ivor was very informative as he took us through the neighborhoods. He happily answered all of our questions and made the trip all the more enjoyable :)

Easy trip to and from the airport and resort. Drivers were helpful and friendly. The price was much less expensive than quoted price from the competitors.

The transfer to the resort from the airport was the highlight of the trip. I don’t remember this young man’s name but he was fun, patient, kind and went above and beyond for us. We had no luggage and had been traveling for over 30 hours at that point. You guys were amazing. Appreciate and highly highly recommend.

What an absolute delight our trip from the resort to the airport turned out to be. The driver arrived early, which we greatly appreciated—especially with the holiday chaos at airport security. The driver was incredible, almost like a tour guide, pointing out sights along the way to the airport.

They were waiting for us just outside customs and baggage claim, right before you exit the building, holding a sign. There was plenty of space for our luggage, and we arrived safely. Just be aware that you’ll receive a voucher, but no additional confirmations, which made me a bit nervous—but everything worked out in the end.

They were awesome to work with and extremely friendly. Highly recommend using their services. The driver was knowledgeable of the area.

Being greeted as soon as you are out of immigration the young lady had a sign with both adults name which was very easy. Our driver was very friendly and courteous.

I arranged through Viator a private round trip transportation from the airport to the Royalton Antigua Resort in Antigua. The person waited outside the airport holding a cardboard with my name. She was courteous and the driver prompt and kind to assist with our luggage. Highly recommend!

Waited almost 40 min for our transfer upon arrival. We were told by the representative at the airport that the driver would be there in 20min because he needed to obtain the goods for a drink package that was purchased with enough notice. Unfortunately , our driver let us know that he was unable to come get us because the owner had him blocked in and he was the only one that could get us because of a drinks package that we purchased. Two couples came and were able to be sent on their way while my wife and I waited in the sun. If we would’ve known the circumstances we would have asked for a refund instead of being misled.

Very misleading. The photo shown when booking makes you think you're at least a comfortable spacious truck, instead we were stuffed in a super small vehicle. The driver was nice and friendly.

Booked this to avoid any lineups at the airport. Antigua only allows small van transfers so if you come on a charter flight and everyone is going to your resort it may be a bit of a wait at the airport. Also booked the VIP Meet & Greet ... well worth the cost as we were met at the jetway, taken to the front of the line at immigration, on to pick up the luggage and out to meet the transfer van. Aretha, our VIP M&G concierge, was great, made sure we passed through all the lineups quickly and efficiently, made sure all our documents were in order and knew exactly where we needed to go to avoid searching for or worrying about anything. I can't thank her enough for her professional attitude, for looking after us so well and for making our arrival a truly easy and pleasant experience, not to mention being able to skip all the lineups so we could get to the beach in an extremely expedited manner! Once at the vehicle, Onique (? unsure of spelling) the Eagle representative greeted us with a cold beer and contacted our driver (Archer Thomas) who arrived quickly. Thanks Onique for getting us into island mode faster than pretty much anywhere else I have ever travelled to and definitely faster than the other passengers who were still looking for their transfer vans while we sipped on a cold beverage ... worry free! Archer was fantastic, gave us a quick history of the island, pointed out some interesting sights along the way, answered all our questions and made our welcome to Antigua truly pleasant. Thanks to Archer for highlighting how warm and friendly Antiguans are and giving us a mini tour of the sights along the way. Also used the return airport transfer which arrived at the hotel on time and got us to the airport quickly, again without having to worry about dealing with all the other passengers at our resort trying to get vans to the airport. Charter transfers may be free but can be stressful, we avoided the stress, got to the resort quickly to begin our vacation well before most others and had a no hassle, worry free return to the airport.
