Very impressed, very quick to respond to my emails, kept in touch up to day we left. On arrival we had lady waiting to fast track us through immigration which was super quick, once we had our bags we were taken outside where we were met with a happy birthday sign and some rum punch. We had a nice car that was very clean and lovely driver Desni.
The entire process was seamless, and the communication throughout was excellent. Darrell was amazing—very helpful and went above and beyond by sharing additional information about the local culture and things to see and do. Overall, a great experience
It was very easy. The team was waiting for us and took us through customs. We had a nice drive to our resort.
Simply amazing, my host greeted me off the plane and escorted me to VIP/Fast track. Assisted with luggage and escorted us to vehicle for pick up.
Fast track was not needed at the time of my arrival, but we wanted to have it just in case. It was a bit unorganized, and some people that got off the plane behind us actually made it through customs faster without fast track. The car that picked us up at the airport was nothing like what was pictured and had a constant beeping that could not be turned off. It was the ABS failure warning and was worse than a seat belt chime, but also non stop for the 45 minute trip - pretty annoying after a long day of travel. Driver was professional and friendly. Return trip to airport was very good.
Super quick process on arrival and great communication at all times, and both drivers were professional. The previous trip to Antigua was really frustrating as it took an hour to clear immigration and customs, then finding car and driver (booked through BA) and traffic to Galley Bay took another hour and a half, but this time we were at the resort within an hour of arriving at the terminal. If you’re looking to get a great start to your holiday I can highly recommend.
So worth it. Friendly, fast and we breeze right through! The young lady was very informative and brought right to our car. The driver was so kind and nice to chat with!
We were met shortly after departing our plane and were excorted through customs and directly to our transportation. Our driver was friendly and curtious. It was a great experience that I would do again.

It takes the stress out of arrival for immigration and customs. The representative that met us was very helpful, and had a very pleasant disposition.

Not worth the money unless another plane arrives at the same time and they migration gets backed up. The website suggests a luxury car and we had a minivan to and an old Lexus from. The cost of a regular taxi was $40 bucks each way. With that said it is hard to justify $200 for saving 5 minutes at immigration. Again we may have hit at a good time but I would role the dice for $200.
Not sure what the point of the VIP experience was. We got off the plane and was given a card which we showed to the immigration official. We were put in the same line as everybody else and never met anybody from the VIP experience again until we were outside the terminal. No assistance, waiting for bags or working our way through customs. Once we got into the vehicle, everything was normal after that. Ride was great, No complaints about the ride, the upgrade was a waste of time and money.
The taxi from the airport was excellent, as was the return journey from our resort. Very comfortable, clean cars with friendly drivers. I would certainly book an airport transfer with Eagle Tours again. However I would not book the fast track again. When we landed there were hardly any queues in Immigration. We were met off the plane but only pointed in the general direction of where to go. There was no clear signage & although we did eventually find the fast track queue, it wasn`t any quicker than the normal queue nor was customs any quicker. We were not escorted through any of the airport( except to find our car outside the airport terminal) & did not get any preferential treatment by customs staff. Maybe it was our early afternoon arrival time, but fast track was certainly not worth it on this occasion.
This was so well worth it! We were met at arrivals in Antigua and whisked through the passport control and customs. We were then taken to a lovely car and driven to our hotel. A couple of days later we were picked up in another lovely car and taken to the airport. All so smooth. Would definitely do this again!

The driver that picked us up at the airport was not friendly. He never spoke a word to our group, it was about a 30-35 minute drive to the resort. There was absolutely no communication whatsoever. It wasn’t a great intro to Antigua.
The VIP Fast Track Service was amazing. I would highly recommend to first time visitors to Antigua. Having someone walk you through the entire process of collecting your luggage and going through customs was simple. Your guide takes you to the front of the line and then walks you out to your waiting private car. The car to our resort was clean and comfortable and our guide was super nice.
From the moment we left the plane our VIP ambassador was waiting for us. He slickly guided us through the process We highly recommend Eagle Transportation.
Amazing experience and worth the extra cost. We were greeted by Rakeem immediately from leaving the gated areas. He had a personalized sign and guided us to a fast track line for immigration. He then waited for us at customs and brought us to our driver. Desy drove us to our hotel and was absolutely pleasant. Highly recommend this as a form of transportation in Antigua!
Highly recommend Eagle! Desni was our driver, both on arrival and departure. He is super friendly and personable. The communication with Eagle was superb. Before our trip everything was confirmed and we received our arrival documents and instructions. We did the VIP arrival and due to the late arrival of our flight was not really necessary but would certainly have been a plus during a busy time. For departure the office called us twice, once to confirm the location and let us know Desni was on his way and then again to let us know there was an accident on the route and he was slightly delayed. Definitely consider the VIP option if your arrival will occur during a busy arrival time. I would certainly use this service again.

My wife and I just returned from a memorable vacation to the beautiful island on Antigua and used Eagle for round trip transfers between the airport and hotel, with the VIP assistance upon arrival. Eagle provided excellent customer service throughout the process. We were fortunate to have Desmond as our driver for both legs of the trip, and the company’s communication and responsiveness stood out. Would definitely use them again if we have the chance to return.
This was probably the quickest I have ever been through an airport. The process was quick and the people were very nice at the airport.

Know your driver they have a wealth of information and can give recommendations for activities and can give the history of the country. We had Simon and would love to have him on the return trip.

We booked the fast track service along with a driver to take us to our resort upon arrival. Unfortunately, our agent failed to meet us when we landed to in Antigua. However, Julene was quick to offer us the same service for our departure flight home at no additional cost. This service was extremely well worth it, staff is eager to help, extremely friendly and shared history and stories of the island during our trips to and from our resort. Customer service is easy to contact via phone and the app makes it very easy to communicate with the company once booked. Even though we had to wait through customs upon arrival despite paying for the service, having a free service to rectify this issue quickly is service of a reputable company. Highly recommend and would book again!
This was an excellent experience! The greet you as soon as you leave the plane, walk you to customs, then escort you to the vehicle to take you to your destination. Jay was our driver and he was WONDERFUL!!! I’ll make sure to call Eagle Transport and ask for Jay specifically!
Everything went very smoothly from the moment we got off the plane. We had the best driver. He was very friendly and told us some great things we should do.
This was a great service that we will use again when returning to the island. The company provided updates prior to arrival with plenty of clear instructions, very helpful. On arrival we got through customs and in our private transfer (sedan) in 15-20 min from getting off plane (no checked baggage). Mike, our driver was knowledgable about the island and made the drive to the resort quick and easy.
The transfers and fast track were timely in an air conditioned car for the two of us. Our driver Kareem was the best. Kareem also took us on a private six hour tour of the island which was informative and entertaining.
Great crew...went over and above to make us feel welcomed....helped us get to resort in a timely fashion!!! Highly recommended!!
