We had the most incredible 6+ hour tour exploring the whole island of Antigua with Exquisite Taxi & Tours, and honestly, we couldn’t recommend them highly enough! From the moment Janel picked us up, the experience was incredibly special. It was my mum’s birthday, and Janel had gone above and beyond by decorating the taxi with beautiful birthday balloons. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the day feel extra special. We were also greeted with bottled water and refreshments when we arrived, which was a lovely welcome. The taxi itself was so comfortable and the sliding doors felt like luxury. The tour itself was phenomenal. Over the course of more than six hours, we travelled around the island and visited Nelson’s Dockyard, Betty’s Hope, Devil’s Bridge and Pigeon’s Point, and so much more! We saw so many different parts of Antigua and learned so much about the island’s history, culture and people along the way. The knowledge shared throughout the day was incredible, and we were genuinely fascinated by everything we learned. We spent an hour on the beach of Pigeon’s Point which was so delightful and a beautiful beach. One of our favourite parts was stopping along the way to sample local produce, including delicious Antiguan mangoes and starfruit. It made the experience feel so authentic and gave us a real taste of the island. Janel was so friendly, warm and knowledgeable, and the whole journey was incredibly smooth and relaxed. What we particularly loved was how the tour was tailored around what we wanted to see and do, rather than feeling rushed or like we were simply following a set itinerary. And then, to finish the day, we headed to Shirley Heights to watch the most breathtaking sunset. 🌅 It was the perfect ending to an already amazing day. Janel even prepared delicious food and rum punch for us to enjoy while taking in the spectacular views. Sitting there, looking out over Antigua as the sun went down, was genuinely unforgettable. ❤️ From start to finish, everything was exceptional - the organisation, the hospitality, the knowledge, the personal touches and, most importantly, the people. We even got pictures and a personalised video sent to us to end our day! Amazing experience! Janelle is great! Communication was excellent from the start. She met us right outside the cruise port and then took us off on our adventure. She was great w historical and local info about the island and even stopped to get some some local fruit. She accommodated our requests as we asked that we spend more time on the beach and she delivered! The beach was beautiful. Definitely recommend. We traveled w our older parents and 7 year old son and she was very patient. Great experience!

The Equisite tour was very informative and enjoyable. We visited quite a few of Antigua's tourists attractions. The guide was friendly, and made our trip fun and comfortable.

Janet was our tour guide when we got off our Virgin Voyages cruise in St. John’s, Antigua. Myself and four friends wanted to explore the island, and from the start, her calm approach made us feel completely comfortable. We felt safe, well cared for, and genuinely welcomed by Janet. In just a 4-hour tour, she showed us so much of the island. Her personality was amazing — it honestly felt like we’d known her for years. One of the fun surprises was when she took us to a Jamaican restaurant… yes, in Antigua lol! If you’re visiting Antigua, I highly recommend trying to get Janet as your guide. She made my Antigua experience the highlight of the five islands we visited during the cruise. I’ll definitely be going back to Antigua soon, and I’ll absolutely be booking Janet again.

We were recommended this company by our cousin who had used them the year before. It was just the 2 of us and we booked a whole day tour. We didn’t really have any fixed ideas about where we wanted to go and so we let Janel suggest the itinerary. It was a good day out and we got to visit all the major sights and stops of interest in Antigua. Janel had bought some black pineapple with her for us to try and also a few beers for us to have on the way! She was lovely, very friendly and with a good sense of humour. Wow! Janelle was phenomenal and we had such a great day on the beautiful island of Antigua. She curated an incredible day trip to beautiful viewpoints, AND to local vendors for fresh fruit/produce, and put in the extra touches to make the day feel fun and comfortable (had towels for the seats after swimming; endless rum punch/juice & cakes) She was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and funny-we laughed the whole trip. We booked Exquisite with Janel for our airport transfers and a day tour around the island. Not only was she the best price, she was very knowledgeable on explaining the history of the island. During our tour, we had a great day. She was filling us up with some rum punch and we made occasional stops to explain all the different types of trees and fruits on the island. My family and I had a wonderful time exploring Antigua with Janel as our guide. From the moment she introduced herself and took the time to learn all of our names, it felt like we were being shown around by a friend rather than a tour guide. She has such a friendly, bubbly personality and was incredibly easy to talk to. Janel was extremely knowledgeable about Antigua’s history and culture — she answered every question my very inquisitive father threw at her with patience and clarity! She was also really funny, which kept the atmosphere light and enjoyable throughout the day. You can tell Janel is hardworking and passionate about what she does. Her taxi was clean and well-maintained, with great air conditioning, and she even had cold water and some tasty juice ready for us. The only (very minor) downside was that some of the roads were a little bumpy — but that’s just part of the island experience, and it certainly didn’t take away from how amazing the tour was. All in all, an excellent experience. We love that we got to support a woman entrepreneur who’s truly doing a fantastic job. Would absolutely book with her again!

I was on the island to celebrate my 45th birthday and found this taxi service on a Facebook group that I joined, and I am certainly glad that did! The most memorable time was our friendly down to earth guide, Ms. Janel. She let us alter the tour to meet my daughters request to see the donkey sanctuary. I highly recommend this tour. This was the most relaxing and well organized tour that my family has been on. Janel and her husband picked up in an air conditioned van. We toured all of Antigua and saw historical sites. Great photo ops. Janel was so accommodating as my three year old wanted to go for a swim so we stopped at a beautiful beach along the way. We drove through the rainforest and picked local fruits. Janel also stopped at the local markets for fresh fruits and souvenirs as requested. Lunch was so tasty, jerk chicken rice and peas, mashed potatoes and punch. This was overall a great tour especially for my older parents and three year old. We will definitely return to Antigua and do this tour again

I finished the half day excursion today with the beautiful Janel and her lovely husband. This is my 1st time in Antigua AND my 1st solo trip so I wanted to make sure I booked something that would allow me to view Antigua’s beauty in full while also staying safe. I was the only guest that booked for Sunday so I had my very own private tour! Janet and her husband picked me up at my resort’s reception area on time, and made sure to educate me on every aspect of our trip. Janet is very personable and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. It’s the little things that make such a big difference, like how pleasant they were in making small talk, providing me with wet towelettes and a water bottle to help me cool off in the Caribbean heat, stopping the car just to pick some fresh local fruit from trees to have me try, and even recommending a local restaurant to eat some yummy oxtail which I was craving all day. She didn’t pressure me at all to hurry up like some people do which can really ruin a trip. Overall, I would 100% recommend her for your tour!!

Janel (our driver) was a fantastic tour guide for our sightseeing. This was our first time to Antigua and we really wanted to see the island and all its beauty.
