The room is terrible: 1. The washing machine is dirty, the place where the laundry detergent is placed is full of old detergent and very dirty; 2. the curtain is almost dropped. 3. The sheet is broken and does not seem clean. Hardly fell asleep in this environment. Pros: close to the airport and free parking

Very disappointing experience. The room had serious cleanliness issues: dusty surfaces and greasy floors. Despite reporting the problem and a cleaning intervention, the situation did not improve at all — the same areas remained dirty. The staff came to inspect the room and fixed some issues (broken shower head, nails sticking out of the sofa), which I appreciate. However, the main problem — cleanliness — was never properly resolved. This caused strong allergic reactions for me. Even with antihistamines and eye drops, I had difficulty sleeping and had to leave the hotel early for health reasons. The only solution offered was another cleaning attempt the next day, which was not acceptable given that previous cleaning had already failed. In the end, I had to check out early and handle the situation through Booking. I would not recommend this hotel if cleanliness is important to you.
What I really liked was that the hotel environment was very comfortable and beautiful for the price we paid. The location and accessibility were very good. Best of all, we were given a large suite with two bedrooms, which was extremely comfortable. Fortunately, that part of the building also had an elevator, so we could easily reach the third floor with our suitcases. The price of the stay was very reasonable and even included a decent breakfast, but it would have been preferable to have a coffee machine instead of instant coffee, so guests could enjoy real coffee. Everything else was ok. One thing we liked less was that even with the windows closed, the street noise was very noticeable. The sound of cars and motorcycles in the room facing the street was so loud that it was unfortunately not possible to sleep in that room. Secondly, although the room looked clean, modern, and nice at first glance, the blanket&pillow covers did not seem to have been freshly washed. They did not smell clean and had a used odor, and there was hair on the pillowcase. If the linens could be properly cleaned after each stay so that guests do not feel any lack of cleanliness, everything would be fine.
Stayed here just one night, and went for a "deluxe room" as only slightly more than a standard. Very spacious accommodation, and being a Suite, had all the amenities such as washing m/c, cooker, oven etc. The room was presented in a very clean state, as was most of the hotel. Personally I didn't like the 2-3 dogs that constantly slept either in reception or just outside, but that's just a animal thing I have. Dogs in eating areas just create a air of uncleanliness. They ignored the guests, but had a good go at any passing motorcyclist. Reception spoke some English and were very efficient. Breakfast was the usual meze, which I would describe as perhaps basic but certainly sufficient. The 2 swimming pools, were functional & clean. Wi-Fi was fine, and generally everything was good. I would agree with some other comments I read, in that the insulation between rooms was very poor and we were unlucky enough to have noisy neighbours. I guess the only downside for some is location - you can hear some traffic but with our room being closer to the lobby end of the hotel (as opposed to main road end) it was hardly noticeable. However, as so typical in this area, don't be fooled by any sort of proximity to the beach ... yes, it looks close on a map, but the hotel is separated by a fenced off large strip of "scrubland" ... intimidating to walk though during the day, let alone night. The hotel does offer a free shuttle, but its hours of operation (see pic) can be a bit of a limitation especially if you only stay one night. I have seen some harsh comments, which in some light, can be justified. The hotel isn't perfect, and our room also had a missing bathroom fitting, but no mould we saw. The dogs are a major issue which the hotel should realise is a problem for many European travellers. However, speak as I find and all in, we did enjoy our stay, thought the price we paid was extremely good value (£42), which perhaps allowed us to overlook some of the other issues.
In general we are satisfied with the experience we had. Even though in the beginning we faced some issues, but the management was very helpful and understanding, they made sure that we are happy with our staying. From our experience we recommend the king suite. (Just note that the terrace is not covered and the rooms above can see you).
