The woman at the reception was extremely rude. She deliberately spoke in Turkish and didn't make any effort to communicate with us. The room was decent, but the terrible quality of the service (this woman specifically) made the experience very unpleasant.
I booked a single room in this place. On photos it was with window, but in reality I stayed in a room without window. And air-conditioning was broken, there were no way to turn it on. At last day, electricity was turned off, so I can't see anything in the room, because it was not only without air, and also without light. Terrible place. And, they closed opportunity to leave review on booking, where I have booked, I add screenshot of confirmation and place my review here
AVOID !!! AVOID!!! AVOID !!! 🚨🚨🚨 Terrible place to stay , dirty as public toilet, the guy with beard probably will attack you even if you ask for a toilet paper or to get what you been paid for. I stay there for 3 night , I pay for a studio and I get some kind of room with big single bad what he was called double, on my question “why I don’t get the studio who i paid for “ his answer was “why do you need , you are single”, after he become aggressive and I step out , try to get help from Booking.com but they said they can’t do nothing because is partner deal or something. I have mysterious door in the corridor which was locked from my side but i didn’t know what is from the other side or someone can open from the other side . Toilet was broken the water was running all the time , potential electrical shock in the shower , stairs of the hotel are broke , rubbish everywhere, no plugs next to the bed even is says in the description of the rooms, location is good just the fact that you’ll be wake up every morning at 5 am when the mosque start and after at 7am when the restaurant below opens. For 4 days how Im stay no one even ask to clean my room or even change my towel. People please avoid this scam i felt for the 3 stars quality rating from booking.com but probably is just business between the hotel and booking.com . Do not even give chance to this terrible place .
Our stay at City House Hotel was excellent. We arrived without a prior reservation, yet the staff kindly welcomed us and quickly arranged a comfortable room. Everyone was courteous and attentive, even if not all of them spoke English. A special mention goes to the lady responsible for housekeeping and laundry, who was always smiling, efficient, and ensured everything was spotless. When I used the laundry service, my clothes came back fresh, perfectly folded, and smelling great. The hotel offers great service, clean rooms, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.
Receptionist’s customer service was unacceptable. We arrived intending to book the most expensive room, but although our cards worked everywhere else in Antalya, they were declined only at this hotel. The real issue, however, was the receptionist’s behavior—he greeted us more like a prison guard than a hotel receptionist: unfriendly, unhelpful, and rude. This kind of attitude is not acceptable in a customer-facing role.
