Terrible experience! Driver was very late, car was unclean and unkempt. The driver actually stopped by the side of the road so that he could urinate!
Fast Track airport pick service booked and not fulfilled. Unable to get a refund for this despite being promised one. Driver himself was friendly when made the company aware original driver wasn't at airport. Suggest you don't book the Fast Track option
Our airport trip was from then to SLU airport. Most companies only interested in the first run! St Lu Taxi and Tours were waiting for us even though it took over half hour to get through the immigration online form. On departure day, they were there dead on 07.15 for pickup and got us to SLU in plenty of time. Will definitely be using them on our next visit.
We used St Lu for transfers to and from Sandals Regency. Easy booking online. Very easy to communicate with via email. We also did a tour during the week. Jason was our driver. It was all great. He was great. Highly recommend.
I have to say that the drivers were super kind. Both drivers. On our way to the hotel it was great, but on the way back to the airport the driver arrived late. I had called the day before as my flight was leaving at 12:42 pm and they had scheduled a pick up at 9:30 am, and the drive to the airport from the hotel was about 1:26 minutes, hence I called and asked them to be at the hotel at 9:00. The gentleman told me that he was going to notify the driver, but then the driver showed up almost at 10am. We arrived late. By the time we got there, there was a huge line and they had already closed checking ins. The Jetblue member was reasonable enough to open it for us. But we could not buy anything for anyone at the airport. It was really stressful. Hence, I can not give 5 stars. Missing a flight is too much, and they should know that people need to be at an airport 2 hours before.
We used the guys a few times for local trips to the supermarket from our villa on the Cap Estate. They were always punctual. Booking was easy and the communication was great. Cars were excellent and fully air conditioned. Drivers were polite, friendly and offered local knowledge on places to go and island history. The trip back to the airport was great and provided even more island history and some great views which we would not have seen if we’d gone via the more boring main road. Excellent service and would highly recommend to other visitors
We had a wonderful experience with St. Lu Taxi and Tours! Sammy drove us himself and was a terrific tour guide as we made the trip from the Windjammer on the Northside of St. Lucia to the airport. He was early for our pickup, accommodated us for a pit stop and we were delivered safely to the airport right on schedule. What a terrific small business we were honored to support! My wife and I contacted St Lu Taxi and Tours because we needed transportation to our resort and then back to HIA at the end of the trip. Our driver, Dylan, was absolutely perfect! He was always early, very polite, well spoken, and very informative. Most importantly, he made our comfort and safety his top priority. At my wife’s request, he drove smoothly and safely through the winding roads and beautiful mountain terrain of St. Lucia. He let us select whatever music we liked, adjusted the AC to our liking, and provided chilled bottled water. He answered all of our questions about local food, geography, etc and even took us to the nearest ATM on our way to the resort. I can not recommend Dylan highly enough!! 1st class service!!!
Sami is a true professional who really cares about your experience! He picked us up from the airport on time, his car was clean and he provided beverages, and was very knowledgeable of the island and shared lots of fun facts! We had such a good ride from the airport to our hotel we decided to do the island tour the following day with him! The next day we went to tet paul, to the volcano, and to a cold waterfall followed by an amazing lunch. It was a perfect day and I will forever recommend this service to everybody traveling to St. Lucia. We are thankful for the great experience and can't wait to visit again!
Our driver, Neil, was fabulous! We were a bit early heading back to the airport so he took us to some sights we would never have known about and we had a history lesson with it. Not only that but he stopped and picked up some local bread, cheese and a fritter (specialty of the island). We love the chance to eat truly local. I thought that was great service and then after we got to the airport I realized I'd forgotten my prescription sunglasses in the vehicle. Thinking there was little hope of getting them I nevertheless sent an email and received a very prompt reply. Seven minutes later I had my glasses but sadly no funds for a tip. We booked our transfer well in advance with St Lucia Taxi and Tours so we had no problems with obtaining transport when we arrived after a long flight. A car was there to meet us to take us about 1.5 hours to our apartment, which was a very smooth ride, the driver gave use a lot of information about the island on the way and we arrived at our apartment on time to meet our host. I think it was one of the best transfers we have had in recent times and would thoroughly recommend this company.

Samuel of St. Lucian Taxi and Tours - was waiting at arrival inspite of a slight delay. He was courteous and welcoming - His vehicle was clean and he offered us a very welcomed chilled bottle of water (Nice touch). On route to our hotel destination, samuel was informative and pointed out points of interest on route and gave us a history of the areas, vegetation amongst others. Our transfer back to the Airport was met with same courtesy and once again informative and interested in hearing about our stay and where we visited. We fed back to our Travel Agent on her excellent choice and would not hesitate to recommend or use St Lucian Taxi and Tours services again. We found him to be very professional.
Best choice to See the island the right way. Very hospitable, courteous and insanely punctual. My next visit to St. Lucia I plan on acquiring this services again. Schreffler was our tour guide and he s amazing! Recommend this tour!
I've used this company before, and they were great - you can see my glowing review from 2016. On arrival this year, we were met by Sheldon, which was great, especially as the plane landed late. The journey to the hotel was all fine. We booked a return journey, and confirmed 48 hours before pick up the time and location (our hotel had several lobbies, which was a different problem altogether), and got a quick email reply confirming all details. At our appointed collection time, there was no sign of our driver. After waiting for around 10 minutes, we called the office, and were told that they would contact the driver and find out where he was. I then had to call back after 5 minutes to find out the answer, and apparently he was 10 minutes away. 15 minutes later - and starting to get very worried that we would be very late for our plane, I called again. The lady in the office was surprised that the driver wasn't there, but that didn't help me... I got the number of the driver directly and called him. He said there was traffic and he would be there in 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, and getting increasingly worried, I called again, and he was just arriving at the resort. HE WAS 35 MINUTES LATE We had a wonderfully relaxing week on St Lucia, but this was close to being ruined by the very late arrival of the driver. Throughout the journey to the airport, he wasn't confident about what time we would arrive, and if we'd be on time. Obviously, traffic happens, but the driver should know the route and timings like the back of his hand, and at least try to offer some confidence! Ultimately, we arrived in the nick of time, but it was an incredibly stressful journey as we had no way of knowing our arrival time, and if we'd be able to get our flight. Thankfully, we did, but I cannot recommend any company who offers a basic service of airport transfers who can be so late. Very disappointing.
I am so happy I chose this company, I made a small hiccup when booking my tickets and had to travel from Castries Airport to Hewanorra Airport. I was initially very stressed at the prospect of this, but I contacted this company and I am so glad. We were met at the airport by Sheldon, who welcomed us to St Lucia, helped us with our bags and assisted us into the beautifully appointed vehicle. He checked with us again to confirm the timings of our flights, we had over 5 hours, since we had already checked in online, so Sheldon being the wonderful and kind person he is, showed us his country, taking time to answer any questions we had, we saw so many things. He reminded us that until we stepped on our aircraft the holiday isn't over. Trust me this company will give you more than just transport, they will leave you with a smile on your face.
If you are looking for a transfer to and from the airport St Lucia taxi did very well for us. The driver was knowledgeable, had bottled water for us, showed us some sights while we waited for our friends to arrive. This taxi service was half the price of other transfers. Be prepared though, it was an hour ride from UVF to Castries where our resort is located.
