Great one day stay at the hotel. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people. Not a big fan of sofa bed but it worked out. The place was clean. The front desk service was great. They even offered to park our car for us which is good in a place hard to find parking

We recently stayed at Neva Palace Wings Hotel in Ankara for six days and would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire team. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every staff member was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. While the hotel does not offer a wellness center or fitness facilities, it more than makes up for this with its spotless rooms, excellent service, and comfortable atmosphere. Cleanliness was outstanding throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the valet service. If you are traveling by car, this hotel is an excellent choice. Every time we requested our vehicle, the staff assisted us with a smile and genuine willingness to help, even multiple times a day. Our car was always returned promptly and in perfect condition. The location is also very convenient, situated within walking distance of the city center and many attractions. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we genuinely have nothing negative to say about it. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyable. For business travelers, or for anyone who simply appreciates a very clean room and genuinely kind people, this is a hotel we would highly recommend when visiting Ankara. Thank you again to the entire team for making our stay such a pleasant experience. We would gladly stay here again.

This is a business hotel. So it's clean and quiet. But tourists like me should never come. This hotel is located in the opposite position to historical relics and places. And the worst is that the hotel is on a hilltop, so you have to climb it every day. The hotel is generally too quiet. I wish guests could hear the music of piano at the entrance. It's never cheap, but there is no laundry room, no gym, and no kiosk inside. I hope the hotel will have a more vivid and lively atmosphere so that guests can rest here, recover and heal. Overall, room size of a room is a little narrow, and the smell of mold in the bath room should be also repaired.
