An excellent stay at Sheraton Ankara Hotel & Convention Center. The team is courteous and highly professional, with excellent communication skills: friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout. They sincerely honored my lifetime Platinum membership, which made the experience feel truly valued. A wonderful suite with a fantastic view of the city. The dining experience is top-notch, and the quality throughout matches the hotel's reputation. The fitness facilities are professional and well-equipped, and working out in the gym feels like a true escape. The spa, massage services, and indoor pool complete the experience beautifully, offering the perfect way to relax and recharge. The location is strategic and excellent, right in the heart of Ankara with easy access to the city center. Highly recommended. Thank you to the entire team, and God bless you and your family 😊

I love Sheraton, in general. We stayed at this location for 4 or 5 days. Professional, polite, and friendly stuff. We got a non-smoking room with an AMAZING view over the city that allowed us to face the mesmerizing sunset and Atakule. One thing that I hated was the CARPET!! First, there was a dirty spot on it (it did look like they tried to clean it but it seems it sits there permanently — I’m willing to take off a star for rooms for that). I don’t think carpets should ever be used in hotel rooms. Please. It’s not hygienic. It’s disgusting. It can NOT be properly cleaned whatsoever. Also: Bathrooms are clean and well-maintained but water pressure and mixer in a shower were a bit disappointing for a 5-star hotel. Pressure was quite low, and hot and cold water often did not mix well. Laundry service is … okay. They didn’t clean my white jeans properly and there were some spots (cleanable) left. I also don’t think they dry cleaned (as was requested) my linen skirt because it DID shrink a bit which doesn’t happen after it gets its regular dry cleaning routine. The rest of clothing came back fresh, ironed well, and nice. Taxi service is always there but we used Uber to travel around the city. Restaurants are great, overall. The lobby bar food was great. When we checked in, we were lazy to go out and just decided to relax at the lobby bar. I got a bowl of hot comforting soup, and my spouse got some Caesar salad. He said chicken tasted fancy. He LOVED it. It was actually a nice presentation!! We also tried Aruni the other night. The service was great. Food was delicious. I loved the presentation. The restaurant atmosphere IS AWESOME and it feels relaxing and cozy. So many things to look at and take pictures of. One thing: we wanted to dine outside and got a nice table but other customers started smoking. We had to move inside. This IS disappointing. There should not be any type of smoking permitted where food is served/consumed at public area. Nonsmoking customers also want to enjoy to dine outside and enjoy the evening breeze after a hot day… but it seems no one cares about us given the subject matter!! Nusr-et experience disappointed us. It’s not upscale dining whatsoever. Food is below average and atmosphere is pretty regular (feel free to check my another review). I’m not sure that Nusr-et is a part of Sheraton, but I think since Sheraton lists it as a independently neighbor for for upscale stake and dining, I decided to add it to this review. Well… Overall: we recommend staying here.

I arranged a corporate workshop at the Sheraton Ankara for a group travelling to Türkiye and found the venue very easy to work with from an organiser’s perspective. The arrangements were handled professionally, communication was helpful, and the meeting facilities worked well for the group. I also organised accommodation at the hotel, which offered good value and made the logistics much easier with everyone staying and attending the workshop at the same venue. The feedback I received from the group was positive and everything ran smoothly on the day, which is exactly what you hope for when organising an event remotely. A very positive experience from the planning side and a venue I would happily consider again for a corporate workshop in Ankara.

We had such a great stay at the Sheraton Ankara! As a Titanium member who travels internationally across many Marriott brands, I really appreciate properties like this one, where the staff is incredibly well-trained and truly lives the Marriott values. Murat, one of the managers, was especially welcoming - thank you for the upgrade, the excellent service, and for making our family stay so memorable! The lounge was excellent, with tasty food options; the location was perfect, and our remodeled room felt new, clean, and cozy. After a full day of sightseeing, the pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were wonderful to enjoy. I would definitely come back for business and hope to stay here again soon. Keep up the great work!
