The worst hotel that you can stay at the service is terrible, the Room is horrible, the Hotel is dirty and broken everywhere, also the room broken like the table, the bed I got a suit but it was just a name of suit you don’t see anything related to suit, also the power keep going off in the room like I plugged my hair dryer the power went off in the room plus my hair dryer burned. They also walk to the room while people stay there they know they’re out somewhere they show other people the room while there are other people stuff in the room they did do that to our room. Also they scammed me with the price I mad a reservation through booking.com with a price when I get there they did over charge me they charged me $150 a night while I got the reservation on Booking.com for 2 nights at $159 I was coming from a long flight and we arrived at midnight we were so tired and late to start looking for another hotel. I’m very disappointed and I don’t recommend this place at all. If you want to be scammed go to this hotel

Location is just perfect. A complete shopping arena with small malls, markets, food places, etc are on walking distance. You can enjoy shopping and food just by walk. Only thing I don't like is the breakfast they serve there. Only Menemin, french fries and boiled eggs with Cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, 3 types of cheese, butter, jam, plain Yoghurt, chai and coffee and packs of cream biscuits. One day they added borek. They should provide fresh juices (really missed it), variety of fresh fruits and some other breakfast dishes like, live cooking facility for omelette, fried eggs, Pancakes, French toasts, Flavored Yoghurt, Granola, falafel etc. I literally had breakfast only first and last days at the hotel. While my family completely preferred to go out for fresh breakfast as they didnt get anything of their choice. Having same thing everyday is not possible!! Good thing is they allow food items in the hotel, so we did order food there.

The air conditioning wasn’t working, so the room was almost 30 degrees. The only solution they gave us was to open the window (even though our room faced the main street). Bugs came into our room through the window and no one could sleep because the street was too noisy. Also, the rooms smelled awful.

Avoid!! We have booked this hotel for 4 nights but ended up check out after a few hours! It's unacceptably dirty, smell of smoking all over the room even though we have requested non smoking room. There was an ashtray in the room hence the reception advised the floor we have stayed was non-smoking area.. Bathroom was filthy, shower wasn't working properly and guess what we had a cockroach 🪳 in the bathroom!! Even though they have offered us to move another room as you can imagine we weren't able to stay here any longer after all this experience..I would recommend you to avoid this hotel where possible!!
