Such an inspiring palace with lots of facilities, like Spa, Fitness, Meeting & Conference Rooms, Terrasse, etc. Food was delicious and the service was smooth. The clarks was all happy and genuine with me and the other guests. I would like to present my kind regards to Miss Beste, Leyla, Elif Hanim. Amazing job👏

A terrible lingering smell, a limited functioning fridge that can't cool a simple bottle of water, and an extremely hot room with no air-con even with the intervention of a technician, so you can imagine that during summer for a 5 star hotel. Additionally the gym opens at 8am and closes quite early, so if you are on a business trip you can't use the hotel gym... disappointing experience.

The terrible smell of the bathroom, the extremely hot air in the room even when the air conditioner was off, made our stay here a living hell, but the lobby was very nice and the treatment was polite.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome — everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, especially the check-in team who went above and beyond to assist with a smile. 💫 The rooms were spotless, cozy, and super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers. We'll definitely be back
