I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Cinnah. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. The location is excellent, with very convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and excellent service. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return in the future.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Overall, the staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel offers very good access to the city center, parks, and shops. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well, keeping the temperature comfortable. However, the room was relatively small and there was no proper storage space or closet for luggage. The room design was nice, although there were some maintenance and comfort issues. The bed frame was unstable and the bed was loose and moved during use. I also expected the bed linens to be cleaner and in better, newer condition. In addition, the mattress had a small tear in one area. Breakfast was reasonable and good considering the price. One limitation was the absence of a mini fridge in the room, which made it difficult to keep drinks cold. Cleanliness was generally good. Due to the hotel’s location near a main road, some traffic noise could be heard at night.
We stayed at this hotel for over a week due to health issues, and it truly made a difficult time easier. The reception team were incredibly kind and helpful, always making us feel supported. The coffee shop was fantastic with great coffee and fresh pastries, and the food was delicious throughout our stay. Highly recommended — wonderful service and a very comfortable experience.
I wasn't given the room I paid for. I objected. The room was changed. The window and overhead lights were broken. They said there were no other rooms available and gave me a single bed room. That one also had broken lights. I was advised to make do with the bedside lamp. I objected. This time, it turned out there were two more rooms in the correct segment. I took one. The safety box e was broken, and the shower was clogged, creating a lake. They took my car and parked it on the street, intending to store it in the garage. The car keys were left unregistered in a box. You just take the key you want and leave. A customer bought two keys and returned one. There was no cheddar cheese at breakfast. The hotel, advertised as a 4-star hotel online, was actually a 3-star hotel, I learned from the staff.
The hotel is located in a main street near the important embassies, shopping centers and parks and has appropriate availability of public transport. The rooms are small and noisy but include all the requirements for a peaceful residence. The crew were polite and cooperative but could not speak a word in English. You have to communicte using google translate. Overall I recommend the hotel for solo business trips.
