Reviews
Windows were defective, not closing properly resulting cold and too much noise.
Bed was small, hard and short causing back pain. Pillows were not good.
There was something like disco nearby high music until very late time.
Apart from this great location, clean, friendly personnel, good place to stay.
The hotel staff is kind and they tried to help, however the complaint was about the bed's mattress. They made the whole experience horrible. we could not sleep and woke with backpain
I really loved staying in this hotel! Thanks to the staff, especially to bellcaptain Görkem, he’s a very nice person!
Spa is good, room service is fast, views from rooms are amazing!!! Thank you !
Great room and location. Very mixed bag with service quality, especially as an english speaker
The hotel was nice, clean, and quiet, but I have a small comment about the staff. They seemed to have difficulty smiling and appeared quite serious, almost as if smiling would "break their faces." This was especially noticeable with the women at the reception of the breakfast area in the morning. Their cold stares and lack of engagement made me feel uncomfortable, to the point where I didn’t even want to have breakfast. Unfortunately, the same woman was there in the afternoon when I ordered a Turkish coffee. She seemed unaware that serving water with Turkish coffee is a standard practice, not a special request, especially considering the coffee was more expensive than at other places. The only positive experience I had was at the Loopy Night Bar, where two guys were incredibly professional, friendly, and had warm smiles. Thanks to them for making me feel comfortable they were the highlight of my stay.
