I strongly recommend this hotel for their service, friendly staff and support in particular Mr. Ali Riza for his excellent support to clients, making sure full support with whatever he could do, his English is very good so foreigners staying in this hotel will not face any challenges communicating with the staff. The air conditioning does not work in the rooms. The rooms are clean but not in the best condition. Breakfasts are small and poor. The hotel staff is nice and helpful.

How is this hotel even existing? Its the same price as normal hotels but everything is old, ran down, broken and dirty. Its supposed to be 4 stars?

A hotel of premium quality. Services are provided and rooms are of decent standard. Prices are nominal and location is good. However, negative points to room services provided. I’m not sure if it’s a thing of Turkey, but the cleaner touches all your belongings during cleaning, and does things that you do not originally request. Water cut out randomly one evening too, but was quickly resolved. A LOT of room for improvement if this hotel is to be treated seriously for foreigners on business trips.
