Hotel Review I booked a room that I agreed to stay in as the most luxurious. I received photos of the room, and I made the agreement and paid in advance three days prior. However, the room shown to me upon arrival was not the same as the one in the photos sent during the booking. Furthermore, after having a snack in the room the previous evening, I woke up the next morning to find ants everywhere. I was truly disappointed in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. This is a prime example of how to be ripped off for your money. There is a significant discrepancy between what was promised and what was received. I absolutely do not recommend it, and I advise anyone considering staying there to be cautious. It's a hotel to avoid.

Initially, as a family with two children, I was hesitant after seeing a few negative reviews. However, from the moment we arrived, both the staff's attentiveness and the hotel's facilities were excellent. The rooms were clean, tidy, and offered a very good price-quality ratio. While the children enjoyed playing in the pool, we had fun in the sauna. I would recommend it for families.

A very disappointing stay Very disappointing stay. We stayed here for one night with our children and the hotel was a huge letdown. There is no elevator, which meant we had to climb three flights of stairs with young children and luggage. Additionally, there was a strong sewage smell in the room. The room was not properly clean and the bed was very uncomfortable. The many positive reviews do not correspond at all with our experience. Because of this, we strongly doubt their reliability and representativeness. For this price, the quality is absolutely inadequate. We do not recommend this hotel, certainly not to families with young children.
