The location is great, and the staff were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the hotel is extremely outdated. It honestly felt like stepping back in time. The lights in our room didn’t work, the phone to reception was unusable, the baby cot we requested was broken, and the apartment kitchen was barely equipped (only one pot and no glasses or basic utensils). The breakfast was also disappointing. The hotel is functional if you just need a place to sleep, but the biggest issue is the value for money. The rates are similar to much newer hotels with better facilities, so I can’t recommend staying here at the current price. If it were significantly cheaper, I could overlook many of these issues. The staff were genuinely great. The hotel itself simply needs major upgrades and modernisation to meet today’s standards, or the prices need to better reflect its current condition.

A nice place to stay in Ankara. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and overall the experience was good. The only downside was some daytime noise from nearby construction, but it seems temporary. Other than that, everything was fine. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Ankara.

Excellent service and very professional, friendly staff who speak good English. The rooms are very comfortable, with great beds and pillows, and both suites and standard rooms are quite spacious. Breakfast is good, and overall the stay is smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended for business trips, or even a short family stay in Ankara. The building is not new, but the rooms are very spacious and clean.
